I put two capfuls fight into the water once per week along with 2 tablespoons of chlorine granulars. All depends on amount of use though. More use more chemicals !

Does this product have any salt in it? my hot tub was all in sync for 6 months and then i started using this and now the hot tub has too much salt.

The potassium salt is a product of the peroxymonosulfuricacid in this product. It is an oxidizer like a chlorine oxidizer, but only to be used in a low chlorine system such as the Nature 2 Mineral sanitizer if you are not using this system then you would need a chlorine based oxidizer.
