Austin Air quality products
This air purifier works. No reason to be skeptical. Within 2 days the difference was felt. bought the Jr + model first and then this one. Excellent products and Austin Air is extremely good to work with if you have any questions. We might consider a third for an outbuilding

PURE AIR to breathe...all the time. 24/7/365
It is hospital grade pure air and I have it and two other winix air purifiers. My house is pure air and I live on two acres in a forest with clean air....I am 83 and have NO BREATHING PROBLEMS. I only wish I had bought them sooner.

air purifier caused allergic reaction!
the manual say to run it for 1 hour on high and i did. In that 1 hour i gradually start having a stronger headache, nausea and vomitting feeling. took me another hour of open window and exhaust fan to get the smell out. my headache linger to the next day and it slowly goes away after the next morning. This air purifier caused an allergic reaction i think. i never had any air purifier done that before and this is the first. STAY AWAY! the return process is intentionally long!

Very disappointed
We received our Austin Air Healthmate today. Black soot covered 25% of it and poor machining was evident due to noticeable gaps and dented metal between the unit’s parts. I am not sure if this was a returned unit or poor QC. Zero excuses Amazon and Austin Air for the money that we spent. Returning immediately!
