Had for only 2 weeks and wore about 5 times and had to return for a refund. I debated on ordering this watch for a while. At first, I was glad I did, as it actually looked much nicer than I expected it to. I purchased the black dial, which looks black or grey, depending on the light and angle. In regards to the look, it was great. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for me. I would give negative stars for the pins they used in the links because these things were just horrible quality. I'm lucky that I keep extra link pins on hand in various sizes because the pins in this bracelet literally split in two when I was removing them. Also, the direction to remove the pins is not marked and not obvious. This was a massive headache as it looks like it would be one way, but that was not the case. (The correct answer is, remove the links from the flush side going in.) Additionally, the watch didn't keep time well and lost over 10 minutes each day. As I was resetting it, the crown and stem came completely detached from the watch. I could have probably fixed this in my own, but I should not have to when it comes to a brand new watch. ~ I do own another watch (different model) by this company that I've never had an issue with, so I may have just gotten one from a bad batch.

So I'd been looking at this watch for a while, loved the case shape and size and the dial appeared to be beautiful. However when watching YouTube unboxing videos, reading real customer reviews on Reddit, etc, many people kept reporting QC issues with these S&S watches like crooked bezels, bracelets that didn't bend, etc. Still, I thought I'd take a chance since that shape and dial kept hooking me in. Unfortunately, when I received the watch, I found myself solidly in the group of unhappy customers due to a major quality issue. Pros: the dial was excellent (brown version) and looks really, really good with a well done guilloche finish. The bracelet also wasn't as stiff as other reviews indicated and even included half links for better sizing. I also really like the 6 o'clock date position, watches just look better balanced when the date is in that location imo. Cons: when looking at the watch, the top left corner of the case at the lugs was extremely crooked, almost 2mm longer than the top right corner. The case appeared to have been finished by a machinist who forgot his glasses. The bezel actually looked like it was aligned well compared to the other three corners, but that top left corner was so bad it made the whole thing look like a piece of junk. Any QC check would've caught that issue immediately, it was that noticeable, and it unfortunately ruined what would've been a great-looking watch otherwise. Verdict: watch was returned and I won't be purchasing any further S&S watches, as from what I can tell these types of issues happen extremely frequently with their products.
