I take two before work with mct oil and follow with a Kioa nutrition (higher protein) shake about an hour later. This keeps me comfortably satiated through late afternoon. I typically eat dinner around 5 pm and find I simply don't want to eat as much as I used to.My diet isn't strictly keto but, definitely low carb, whole food and protein forward. This product arrived on time and has been moderately successful. It does not bring weight down as quickly as advertised.

Mine advertised weight loss and had very different packaging, you need 4 capsules according to the bottle. I took at the beginning of my first three day fast, also my first fast in general. I took two about 16 hours in, and seriously felt amazing. Maybe 3 day fasts are just easy, or maybe this stuff is just awesome. Mental clarity, attention, strength, and positivity. First time on exogenous ketones felt great overall, remeber to stay hydrated, by the comments I can tell people are mostly just losing water weight.
