Really beautiful, comfortable sofa. You do have to assemble but it was not difficult with two people. The fabric may not be the most durable for long term use but we plan on using it in a room that we don't use daily, so for our use it is perfect! We purchased the Laguna which is a really beautiful seafoam color. It's a BIG piece and surprisingly was incredibly comfortable. Several naps have already taken place on the thing! Our expectations were definitely exceeded with the comfort and quality at such a low price of $600.

Assembly wasn't super easy, and the majority of the washers had no chance at fitting where instructed. The legs were too close to the stabilizing plate hole cut outs (or the threaded holes in the couch itself were too close to the main leg thread) and the large washers just don't fit. I forced one in chipping up the wooden leg, but left the others out as this is much more of a sheer load and the washers weren't super necessary to support this properly. Attaching the chaise to the rest of the couch was difficult. I spent about 20 minutes unboxing and assembling every single piece of the couch to completion.. and then connecting the couch to the chaise took me 30 minutes alone. I tried in every possible order and still am unable to get the 2 sections to sit flush. The difference in height is about .75", which isn't huge, but is noticeable and I'm still hoping it will somehow flush up with me sitting on it long enough. I am also going to try to make it fit right later if it doesn't. I considered returning this when the installation got annoying, but the couch is comfortable, it looks great, and I think it's going to do the job. It wouldn't be worth taking it apart, returning it, purchasing another, waiting for it to arrive, etc. But also, it's just not that bad of a couch and not really worth returning in general. The prices on these fluctuate like crazy, so just watch the price, check the price history, and buy low. It's worth it, and your sectional may go together with no issues.

We searched for months for a couch that fit our budget and worked in our challenging space. I was nervous to gamble on a couch online without sitting on it first, or knowing how accurate the color would be. Some things to note: - The Laguna color on Amazon is NOT accurate. It's MUCH lighter, someone here described it as a minty teal which is about right. The legs are more of a medium not a dark wood. I was fine with this since my space can get dark, but if you're looking for a dark teal couch this ain't it. - You'll need two people to put it together. The brackets that hold the two sections together are tough to join, I'm not sure ours are even joined properly now. However it only took about an hour or so to screw all the legs in etc., that was easy breezy. - It's definitely firm, you'll need some pillows for your back. This came with the two blue/beige pillows in the photo. It's not a plushy sofa you sink into, but if you like this style you probably already know that. Cushions you sit on are comfortable. They are not removable. - It's stable, but not exactly sturdy. Like if you sit on it (or someone sits on it after you do), it might move a bit or you'll feel that person sitting down. - I Scotch Guarded the heck out of this thing and have two dogs, it's held up well for the few months we've had it. The fabric WILL pull so be aware of that if you have pets with claws. We have a few tiny pulls but nothing noticeable. It's a kind of knobby texture, not smooth (which I was afraid of). Feels quality to the touch. - Overall for a couch of this size to cost under $500 we were beyond thrilled. Similar items in the stores were easily double.

Ugh! This sofa arrived with not one but TWO major things damaged on it! 1. I had to unpack and assemble this myself, which was difficult because it's very large and heavy and I'm only 5 feet tall. I wasn't aware of the damage until I AFTER I unpacked the 1st huge shipping box and put that half of the sofa together. and AFTER I unpacked the 2nd huge shipping box and was almost done assembling the final part of the sofa. 2. The metal and wood support piece that's needed to attach the backrest part of the sofa to the main seating piece is literally smashed and cracked in half at the base. There is no way to attach the 2 pieces together without the entire back of the couch falling off when you lean back. (See photos) 3. The foam padding on the back support of the sofa (but the part in the front where you sit and rest your back) was damaged or it wasn't assembled correctly. In one section, the foam padding where you lean back is missing at the top. When you sit and lean back, the only thing you feel is the wooden frame protruding into your back. It hurts your back and is extremely uncomfortable. (See photos. Unfortunately, the actual damage doesn't photograph well and doesn't accurately show the damage well.) 4. Not only can you feel the wooden frame knifing into your back, but the sofa is also visibly disfigured because you can easily see where the foam is missing and where the frame is protruding from under the fabric. Do you have any idea how much work it's going to be to get this thing to fit back into the two HUGE boxes it arrived in so I can return it? It was hard for me to just get it out of the boxes. We all know nothing ever fits back into the packaging once you've unpacked it. 6. I now have the added expense of purchasing heavy duty packing tape to make sure these huge shipping boxes are secure and that they won't open while they're being shipped to return.

So overall the couch is beautiful and would work for a single person's home. NOT good for napping, over use, or a big family. The back is pretty hard and the cushions are firm. The whole thing came already attached it was as simple as putting a puzzle together. Another issue is the last piece wouldn't fit so the wall is kind of holding it up. The cushions are sewed on so no moving the cushions around if it ever gets uncomfortable. I wanted to love this couch but it didn't work for us.

Delivered via Amazon Prime box truck in two large boxes, this couch looks great and is very sturdy once assembled and joined together. I assembled the entire thing, by myself, in less than a half hour. You won't sink into this couch, as it sits very firm, but it is comfortable.

I love this sofa so far. It’s a great color and looks very modern and stylish. The cushions do not come off so putting it together is a little frustrating because you have to get the pieces to connect, it’s like a simple puzzle. Comfort-wise; it’s not the most comfortable but I had a smaller west elm sofa before this, paid over twice as much and it’s honestly about the same as far as comfort. It’s pretty firm, but I actually prefer that. Has some good bounce to it. Anyway, it’s worth the money. A little over $600 with tax and free shipping isn’t bad for a sofa this size. Shipping was pretty fast, it came in about a week but you have to schedule delivery time and they were running over 4 hours late which I was fine with but I never received a 30 minute heads up before they arrived which I was told they would call but they just showed up at 8:45pm and the delivery men had really bad attitudes and were complaining they had to drop it off so late. I mean, not my problem.

I ordered this couch from Furniture Vision who happened to be a local dealer in Los Angeles, I was VERY VERY Satisfied with this couch and the customer service. First of all the couch picture you see is very accurate to what you are getting, it is very reasonable comfortable not too firm not too soft but a medium firm feeling. It really changed up the ambience of my living room and have received so many compliments on the couch. The representative at Furniture Vision called me to coordinate and I liked having a clear and direct channel of communication with them just in case. The order arrived only a couple days after I ordered, which was a surprise because I was expecting it like a week or two later, so I was thrilled. It comes in two boxes and very easy to install. Best to have two people install, but it's possible for one person to install but trust me, have a second person, it's very light but you will need to align a few pieces in slots. Overall, it this is in your general budget and you want a nice sectional this is the one, and if you are in LA go with Furniture Vision. They will take care of you, I was a little skeptical going with a third party rather than amazon directly but decided the $40 or so dollars to save and faster shipping time that compared to what the amazon warehouse listed, I would take take my chances and I got lucky that the people at Furniture Vision were very good at communicating and making sure everything was ok. If you're in LA and want to support a local business and save some money you can't go wrong with them!
