Tiny investment, Big payout for free weight workouts
I was skeptical, but these are awesome and make free weight work so much more comfortable. I can see how they definitely prevent callouses and can't speak to the biomechanics of preventing forearm strain, but can anecdotally share the I was able to lift heavy weights with noticeably less strain on my wrists and forearms and with less fatigue. Unlike lifting straps, these fit snugly and easily into your grip so changing out sets of free weights and/or transitioning to weight-free moves in circuits is super easy and fast. I found these to be an awesome buy and about 1/4 of the price of the branded version that is widely advertised. One caveat: I'm a woman with small-ish hands (size 7 foot) and these fit my grip absolutely perfectly. I can see this item feeling too small for someone with much larger hands, so I'd consider this factor. It really feels like these should be sold in a S-M and a L-XL size.

Great protection for your hands. Take a little getting used to but once you get it they are great for heavy lifting.

Helpful grippers
Used them for first time in strength training class. Protects your palms from getting calluses. And helps you grip the bar!

Pretty decent alternative to gloves
Woman here, who has been using a 20 year old pair of leather Nike pull-on style lifting gloves at the gym which are absolutely falling apart at this point. I attempted to replace them but hate the gloves now w/velcro at the back of the wrist. I got served an IG ad for a similar pair of lifting grips to these and thought i'd take the chance. It took about 2 weeks to soften up a little bit to cover the areas on my palm that I needed them to (so the bars of dumbbells didn't pinch at the center of my palm) but they are fine now. Do they work better than any average set of lifting gloves? IMO, no, they don't. But I do like not having my hands get hot and sweaty when I lift (because I only need to use them with certain machines/moves), and I like not having my gloves get wet from wiping down machines.

ok grip
I wish it was more grippier, for my small hands :( If you have long fingers this might work better for you. I wish it gripped more surface area.

Where has this been all my life?!
Instantly obsessed with these. Such a simple thing but make all the difference. Easy to put on and take off, not constricting at all, and take the pressure off of your hands.

dont buy
I had high expectations for the UQOOQFA Weight Lifting Grips, but unfortunately they didn’t perform well in real gym conditions. The rubber material feels cheap and doesn’t provide the anti-slip grip the product description promises. During heavier sets, the grips actually shifted around on the bar, which made lifts feel less stable instead of more secure. The ergonomics also feel poorly designed — they don’t sit naturally in the hand and tend to bunch up during exercises like pull-ups or dumbbell rows. Another issue is durability. After only a short period of use, the material already shows signs of wear and stretching. The grips also trap sweat rather than preventing it, which makes them uncomfortable during longer workouts. Overall, they feel more like a gimmick than a serious piece of training equipment. There are far better lifting grips and gloves on the market that provide proper support, durability, and grip. I wouldn’t recommend these if you train regularly.

Feedback on Case Design and Grip Performance
I appreciate the design of the gloves, which offer good hand protection against heavier dumbbells and bar weights. It came with a case that effectively held the peas. However, I've noticed that the grip does not meet expectations, as it tends to slip during bar pull-ups.
