Tasty and good for you!
These are tasty and I definitely see a difference in my mood and my doctor likes the health benefits they provide. I take a handful of supplements and this is the only one that is a gummy. I noticed that I was easily getting mad about every little thing, getting old stinks, but now that I'm taking these I am able to laugh at the little things again.

Has good flavor, only been taking for a few weeks, not sure if it’s working yet. Taste is very good.

These gummies have good taste but are a little firm making it harder to chew. Haven’t noticed any difference since taking them. I have horrible IBS and was looking for a little help in relief. I am however still taking them and holding on to hope.
