Compré esta mezcla para bizcochos de chocolate para probarla en un chocoflan y la verdad es que me fue excelente. El sabor es riquísimo, súper chocolateado sin ser empalagoso, y la textura queda perfecta: suave, esponjosa y húmeda, justo como debe quedar un buen bizcocho para este postre. Lo que más me gusta es lo fácil que es de preparar. Solo sigo las instrucciones, mezclo todo, y la masa queda perfecta cada vez. Además, cuando la combino con el flan, no se hunde ni se desmorona; al contrario, queda bien formado y con una presentación hermosa. También me encanta que siempre queda consistente, no importa si hago el chocoflan para vender o para la casa. La calidad es buenísima y el sabor encanta a todo el mundo. Definitivamente se volvió mi mezcla favorita. La recomiendo 100%, especialmente si haces chocoflan: queda espectacular. 🍫✨
