Amazfit Active 2 Premium Smart Watch 1.32" Sapphire Glass, GPS, iOS/Android

Can you give 10 stars? My 3 year old, $300+ dollar FitBit watch died after it got wet (must have gotten a crack somewhere). Anyway, as someone who exercises a lot I wanted another smart watch but this time hopefully a bit nicer looking than the old square FitBit Sense 2. I thought 'For $99 let's try it, I can return if I don't like it.'Ordered it at 10:00 pm the day my watch died, next morning at 7:00 it was here and I was wearing it by 7:30. Just wow, wow, wow. So much better than my FitBit at 1/3rd the price. What I like better: * 14 day battery life - that is legitimate - if you are just wearing (not tracking exercises, etc.) it will last at least 10 days, but usually about 2 weeks. * When tracking an exercise activity - gives me more data, easier to read data, and overall does a better job than my fitbit * Nicer looking - Round instead of square, lots of nice looking standard watch faces - in fact, it looks like a real watch with some of the faces * Stays connected to my Google Pixel - My FitBit did this OK, but regularly it would disconnect from the phone and then you couldn't see weather, it wouldn't update data online to read, etc. This watch, I think it has disconnected maybe once since I purchased it * Charged from 8% to 100% in just over an hour * So many additional options around tracking sleep, taking breaks, tracking oxygen, etc. * My FitBit said 'You got 4 hours of sleep' every day - even though I went to bed at 10:00 and got up at 6:00. I thought I must not sleep well. First night, this one capture 6.8 hours or something - seemed much more accurate * Have not tried to actually make or receive calls on it, but it does let me know when my phone is receiving a call * Can download and play podcasts and music from the watch * Very accurate when tracking a route - I mountain bike, it is always within a half mile of what my bike says mileage ridden after a 15 mile ride So, you can get a square FitBit that looks like a workout watch and spend $250. You can spend $500 or more for an Apple watch - and what if you are an Android user, Apple watch still works, but can't really connect well to my phone. Or, you can get one of these for $99, get as much and more functionality than a FitBit and about the same functionality as an Apple watch. And, for $99, you could buy one for a friend and still save money. The only thing I see is that is not the end of the world. My FitBit would do a good job of tracking steps that maybe weren't actual steps - like when mountain biking, building trails, I always was over 10,000 steps. First day with this watch I figured out - it only tracks steps - so my numbers hover at 5,000 to 6,000 now for steps taken. This is more accurate but I do miss the big numbers! Looking for an easy to use, full functional, smart watch - $99 gets you and awful lot. had I paid $199 I would still be writing the same review. They did not pay me to write this. Today, after I had it charge from 8% to 100% in just over an hour, I thought the seller/manufacturer deserved the review.

I have to say that this is a great watch. I have it paired with an iPhone and it works well for me. Phone calls sound loud and clear, blood oxygen and pulse are accurate from what I can tell. Works as well as my Apple Watch at a much reduced price. I love the traditional round look and the fact that it has a sapphire crystal. Not one scratch as of yet. Can't say that about my Apple Watch. I think I will upgrade to the new model though due to very little storage capacity in this one. I would love to download map data and I'd like to try the brighter screen on the Active 3. This screen is not bad but not as bright as the Apple Watch.

Great price, lots of bells and whistles, but I got this mainly for its water resistance and long lasting battery. I mostly use just as a watch and pedometer, and a single charge lasts 11 or 12 days. As a pedometer/step tracker, I find it very reliable. The screen quality seems to be nice. I believe it to be durable, Im a nurse and live on a farm, and neither vocation has caused any damage or e en scratched rhe watchface, even curring thick brush. Price point is "amaz"ing..Great product with many options at a very affordable price. Leather band provides secure fit. No regrets with this purchase so far, and have been wearing daily for almost 3 mos.

After about two weeks I can finally give an honest review. I was able to get the watch at 85$ after my galaxy watch had its last day and I dont regret this purchase at all. I was a bit concerned it wouldnt work as well as the galaxy watch I had before (Galaxy watch 6) but this a great alternative. Visually the design is sleek and has good durability with a great set of built in tools. It can be used to workout, track your heart rate which is what I use it for and has lasted for over a week without a recharge. It also connects to your phone and is great for a quick look at what notifications you are receiving. The only thing I will say I didnt like is the fact that it doesn't work with samsung health so everything is kept in a separate app. I will also say the sleep tracking is absolutely terrible. Ive worn it to sleep about 5 days and it hasnt tracked well at all. Maybe I just move to much in my sleep but it hasnt worked for me. Lastly I will say the watch band that the Active 2 premium comes with is really ugly and makes the watch look cheap. However after purchasing a better band ( for 10 bucks) it has been great and Ive received many compliments for the watch. All and all a great watch at the price point. For a Smart watch under 100 bucks if your budget is small or you want to have a second watch that can be used as a daily beater this is a perfect choice and will do everything you need it to do. It can even download an entire Map into the watch itself , control your music and it even comes with its own AI assistant.

I’ve been using my Amazfit watch for almost three months now, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed. First off, the display is incredibly bright and easy to read, even in direct midday sunlight. The resolution is so high that I can’t see any individual pixels. It has that “retina” quality feel to it, very crisp and clean, making it a pleasure to glance at throughout the day. I was initially worried about water resistance, especially in the shower, but those concerns quickly disappeared. I shower with it regularly, and there have been zero issues. The watch still looks as good as the day I got it. The band is stylish and the whole thing just looks way more expensive than it actually is. The crystal is impressively hard. Despite daily wear and tear, it still has no scratches. I also really appreciate the heart rate monitor. I typically use it in walking mode, and it gives me accurate, continuous heart rate readings during my walks. The display stays on the entire time during exercise sessions, which is super convenient. I’ve noticed some minor artifacts in the heart rate readings during certain motions like brushing clothes with a stain remover brush or walking with an umbrella (used as a walking stick), but outside of those moments, the readings are spot on. There are many exercise modes, and I use 3 of them regularly for walking, cycling, and free training. Walking and cycling give me detailed data including GPS routes, elevation, speed, and more. The heatmap in the phone app is especially cool. I use the free training mode when doing yard work or any physical activity that doesn’t involve much movement. It still tracks my heart rate, which is exactly what I want. Another feature I really love is the daily heart rate summary. I have it set to take readings every minute, and at the end of the day, I get a clear picture of how much time I spent in different heart rate zones. That level of detail is incredibly useful. Battery life is solid. I usually get at least two days per charge, and that’s with heavy use. I also love the variety of watch faces available. There are plenty of free options, and even the paid ones are very affordable. It’s easy to customize the look however I want. I can read part of my text messages right from the watch, and while I can’t reply, it’s still convenient. I can also take phone calls through the watch, as long as my phone is nearby. If the phone’s too far away, it doesn’t work, but for most day-to-day situations, it’s just fine. Getting all the usual iPhone alerts on my wrist is a nice bonus too. Some downsides I’ve found is that the calorie meter is overly generous during workouts, the O2 readings at night are questionable when comparing it to my oxygen ring (the watch appears to show non existent desaturation events), the oxygen readings must be taken without movement (no readings while exercising), and an inability to send text messages. But honestly, that’s easy to live with considering how much this watch does right. In short, this watch is packed with features, reliable, stylish, and just an excellent value. I’m really happy with my purchase.

I'm really enjoying this watch. I'm pleasantly surprised with the Zepo app. It has a lot of metrics that I've found useful. I recently had surgery, and it's been interesting to see how my sleep and activity were affected and to watch my scores begin to return to normal. Also, because I'm trying to eat more protein to help with healing, the app makes it easy to track my macros. The battery life is great. It typically lasts about a week or 8 days, but if I track a lot of exercise, I do have to charge a day or two sooner. I have a small wrist, and it doesn't overwhelm my wrist and look ridiculous, but it's large enough to be easy to use the screen. I used to have a Tic watch, which they stopped making,but it stopped charging after a few years. I did look at other Google OS watches, but I couldn't find one that had as many features as the Amazfit Active 2 for about the same price. I also really prefer not to have to charge it as frequently. The ecosystem isn't quite as rich as the Google os, but I miss very little. And since I bought it during the Prime sale, I was pleased with the price. The watch looks good, and there are a lot of alternative straps available (I wasn't a fan of the straps that came with the watch). I compared heart rate, respiration, and oxygen saturation using a finger pulse-ox meter, and the watch matched up almost perfectly. The one thing that I found strange is that the watch will sometimes think I'm napping when I'm just sitting quietly and reading. That's a little annoying. Overall, I really like the watch and would recommend it.

I wanted a smartwatch that I didn't have to charge every day, with basic features like step counting, heart rate, sleep tracking, important notifications from my phone, etc, as well as a robust variety of watch faces. This checks all those boxes technically. I'm mostly happy with it, but the battery life is nowhere near what is advertised unless you disable virtually every feature that makes it useful. Also worth noting that the Zepp app, required to connect to your phone, is incredibly annoying. It sends far too many notifications even when most are disabled, including repeated offers to sign up for a premium subscription service that I have zero interest in. I cannot permanently dismiss these. While the user experience has been mixed, the build quality is quite good. The watch is impressively sleek, minimalist, and light on the wrist, and the included straps are quite comfortable. I have smaller wrists, and the size is not obnoxious at all. They've packed a lot of functionality into a small form factor. I just wish the battery and UX were better.

Love this watch! I had an amazfit GTR mini and wanted to try something new (and donate my mini to a friend), so my partner and I bought two of these watches. He was skeptical at first, coming from having a more fully featured, rugged Garmin that tracked... I don't even know what Garmins track. Once he figured out how to set the watch up to his liking (customizing notifications, finding the right watch face, etc.) he fell in love with it. Recently, while out on a hike, he lost his watch and went back to using a gigantic Garmin that he received from a friend and he absolutely hated it. Too big, too bulky, constant notifications for unnecessary information. I surprised him with a new Active 2 Premium and he was THRILLED. Anecdotal stories aside, this is a fantastic watch. Here's why: - I use it as a pretty basic smartwatch (only notifications I receive are text messages and phone calls, and I use it to track gym workouts and sleep info) and I get 10-14 days of battery life out of it with absolutely no problem. I've had mine since around July of last year, and the battery life hasn't changed at all. - Charging is super easy. It comes with a puck that connects to a USB-C cable that magnetically snaps to the back of the watch. It can go from dead to a full charge in less than an hour, and even 10 minutes of charging will give it more than enough juice to get you through a day or two. - The watch is really well built, and the sapphire glass really earns its keep. It's been through some wild adventures, and the watch still looks flawless. The waterproof capacity of this watch is solid, and I regularly wear it in the shower, while washing dishes, and swimming in the ocean with no issues, though I do make sure to rinse it thoroughly after exposure to salt water. - Aesthetically, this watch is just fantastic. It is thin, the diameter of the watch is flattering on both women and men, and the right watch face can make it look great for any occasion. I use a silicon band, but my partner prefers the leather band that comes with the Premium version. Any 20mm band will work with this watch, so your options are pretty limitless. - The ability to answer calls and dictate texts through the phone works very well. Neither of us can tell when we're talking to each other via watch. - The watch face selection is fantastic! I have a handful of paid faces (if you're an android person, enroll in google opinion rewards and you'll generate enough google play credit to buy all the watch faces you'd ever dream of wanting), but there are several free faces that I utilize regularly as well. -Screen brightness is just fine. If you are someone who intends on sleeping with the watch on, you can set the face to not light up unless you press buttons on it during specific time windows. If the watch face turns on and you want it to turn off, all you have to do is place the palm of your hand over the watch face. Good for theaters, etc. For the money, this is an EXCELLENT watch. For Regular People Purposes, I believe its battery life and build quality make it a superior choice when compared to several other, more expensive smartwatches.

Too much batter and slim watch

Bought this to replace my Fitbit which broke, having lasted less than 18 months. Sick of poor quality Fitbit I decided to move away from them and did a lot of research before settling on this beauty. What can I say, it outshines my old fitbit in every way and cost less too. It looks better, the quality and build seem better, like it might actually last longer, and the zepp app which comes with it is brilliant. The insights are great, again, way more detailed than Fitbit! The watch itself has a really clear, bright screen, and even displays photos and videos! I can even get my ring doorbell on it. It's very versatile to suit your needs, with so many different features and there's lots of clock faces to choose from to personalise it, some free, some paid. It was really easy to set up and connect to my phone. Battery life is insane too, I've just gone 10 days since my first charge without charging it. I've just now put it on charge, it was still on 25% so not desperate (for this watch anyway). I cannot recommend this watch enough for looks, versatility, ease of use, battery life, and price point. It looks way more expensive than it is! I do recommend buying screen protectors though as this watch does have a glass screen.

I bought this watch to replace my Garmin which has battery issues. I was a also wearing a Fitbit watch as my everyday wear. I thought I would gamble on a cheap smartwatch rather than buying a new Garmin. I couldn't be happier with the Amazfit Active 2. It has replaced both watches. The battery life is stellar. It does everything I want it to. It syncs to Strava and the measurements seem to be in line with my other smartwatches. I do wish the Zepp app had more detailed stats like the Garmin Connect app but I can live with it. Sure it doesn't really have many apps but I don't really need any watch apps other than what's included out of the box. It's operating system is fast and intuitive. I couldn't recommend it more m

So far I have used this Amazfit 2 active for 21 day's.... And the watch is seriously good I won't over praise it... Battery life in my usage where All the sensors are on continuous heart rate monitor spo2 monitoring I even use it for sleep tracking every morning run or walk it's on in work out mode for 1.5hr always in display in on I get a battery life of around 4-5 days.... PRO'S Health tracking such as steps and distance works really accurate compared with apple watch 9 step difference is 200-300 steps less shown in Amazfit Heart rate sensor is really good show heart rate in different zones such as warmup aerobic anerobic and vo2 max Data shown in app is really good and precise Watch looks good and premium plenty of watch faces Fit and feel is really Good Notification are really quick on watch Comes with all basic features like Bluetooth calling what's app msg reply u can type or select from the highlited reply. Watch UI is smooth runs at 60hz which is enough for watch Display is crisp and bright even in outdoors Watch also has it's own AI called zepp flow which works like Alexa command do aur watch kaam kar deti hai CON'S The zepp of watch needs to be kept in background constantly if u remove if from background the watch gets disconnected... Aisi koi dikkat nahi Hoti hai usage me only thing which doesn't work in usages which i noticed is Find my watch does not work Pls buy a separate watch belt the one which comes is really boring No major cons I felt
