Great product out of the box
Fantastic product. Super easy setup. Out of the box functionality. Decent thermals. If overclocking will need heatsinks. Great price from a company that cares about there products.

Great Low-Power ASIC Miner for Solo Bitcoin Mining
Great little home miner. Easy to set up, very quiet, and extremely low power usage for 1.2 TH/s. Build quality feels solid just not a great fit for cooling. Perfect for solo mining at home.

New to mining but this thing is cool!

awesome energy efficiency, works perfectly and quietly
Running like a champ for weeks now, excellent product! The Gamma is probably the most energy-efficient in-home (120V) BTC mining solution available at about 20W/1.2TH/s (i.e. 16.67 J/TH), and not the best but still reasonable initial cost for its performance. Very quiet fan, easy to use and configure, handy mini display for basic info including configuration SSID and status IP using HTTP. Uses stratum+tcp as expected, I got it communicating with both ckpool.org and my own local proxy, no issues at all.

Not simple
Set up instructions seem to be simple. However, when it comes to the updated firmware there is no true instructions of what is supposed to be downloaded. It became a guessing game of what needed to be done. Even with the updated firmware the unit kept saying it was overheating and power supply was inefficient even after plugging into other outlets. When trying to reset the unit back to its factory reset it would not reset. I find this product not efficient in any way or form.

Fun geeky gadget to get you started into crypto mining!
I bought this to solo mine bitcoin but it can also mine other crypto. This is a neat little device that is super simple to set up and works as advertised. Please keep in mind the fan on this is loud and you can hear it in the next room no problem so make sure you have a place to keep it that is out of the way and not in an area that you don't want what a lot of fan noise.

Works, but noisy.
I was excited to get this because it comes in a nice case and looks like a finished product. The miner looked great on arrival, and it works fine, but the buzz from the fan was so loud that I could hear it in the surrounding rooms. The stock cooling is just not sufficient to keep the noise down. My tear-down of the unit showed the following: - Way too much thermal paste applied between the ASIC and stock heat sink - The stock cooling solution is undersized for the ASIC's TDP (fixed with a larger heatsink + cutting a larger case hole for said heat sink) - Air flow is restricted by the case (fixed by drilling additional vent holes in the front and back) I was so bothered by the noise that I voided the warranty with modifications so that I could keep it running and give my ears a rest. I also traded out the stock fan with similar sized Noctua. It's significantly less efficient, but it is quieter under load, and I am able to maintain temps around 63C on stock settings with an ambient temp of 24C/76F. With the mods in place, I now only hear the miner at a whisper when in the same room.

Also 1600 Watt auf Bedarf, 100 Watt permanent.

Easy to set up fan quiet

This Gamma is of good quality in a nice plastic case. Fan can be a bit noisy, but not excessive. Easy to setup. Hashrates on average 1.2T/h. Still waiting for that solo BTC 🤞.

It’s ok but very noisy. I had to under clock it to reduce the noise
