So many ingredients who bothers
The book is fine, but turns out making ice cream requires so many ingredients I rarely have in my house and my mixer makes so little actual ice cream it's very difficult to justify the work.

The book you really don’t need
Overpriced for what it is - bad resolution images and graphics with what feels like some bad quality inkjet copies , recipes are basic, you’ll find better doing a simple search for ice cream recipes online and last but not least, all the measurements are in cups. Not having imperial units in today’s day is hard to comprehend. Avoid. I am returning this book- useless.
