Where is this product made?

Not sure where it was made but it is a complete piece of junk. I could get a better container at the 99 Cents store and I have!

Is anyone else super disappointed with this pot?

No I very much like the pot. I have the lava color. I am using it as a hose holder for my flexibility hose . Just the right size and the color is a bright spot in my garden service yard

What are the height and width of 8inch pot?

The dimensions of the 8" pot are 8" wide 7" high.

What is the inner diameter of the bottom of this planter?

I'm not sure exactly of the interior diameter of the bottom as it has dirt and a plant in it. Eyeballing the tape measure outside of the pot, it appears to be between 4 and 5". Sorry that's the best I can do.
