Started taking this December 30th to see if it would help me regulate my period. I’m taken 4 pills a day since the 30th and today is Jan 4th and I’m already spotting to get my period. Note: my last period was in September. I have really bad PCOS so this is definitely a great supplement and will continue to use!! I’ve also been feeling good and my puffiness has gone down already in my face. Will do another review once I finish the bottle!

I have PCOS and finding products that help with the symptoms and all the fun stuff PCOS brings is difficult since it is not researched deep enough and every woman is different. This product has helped me get my periods back. It's easier on the body than metformin.

This product helped me get my cycle back after being irregular for over a year (along with strength training/nutrition modifications). I only take 2 capsules a day even though it says 4 a day. Inositol in general is great for regulating cycles, but I chose this specific brand because the other added ingredients have their own benefits and make this product well-rounded. They do not taste like anything and the capsules are easy to swallow.

Cravings curbed for sweets and feeling more balanced with my energy throughout the day! Definitely a repurchase as I have PCOS.

This is my second bottle. I feel it’s starting to help me feel better. I plan to see how I feel after this bottle. If I see results I think I’ll experience, I plan to continue using.

Started taking these to see if they would help my lower my cortisol levels. I eat healthy & I am gym-active at least 4x a week. I gained the peri-menopause weight that no woman ever actually needs, as well, and no matter what I did, it wouldn't go away. The packaging says you need to take 4 pills per day, so it seems like you're getting a lot of pills, but you're really only getting 30-days worth, which make the price pretty much not worth it. It's also super deceiving that the photos show 4 bottles & then you only receive one bottle. And, as it turns out, that a lot of medications contraindict with these pills. If you take any type of statin, the berberine in these pills will render the statin useless. It will absolutely mess up your blood sugar levels & cause your blood pressure to drop dramatically and put a strain on your heart, if you don't do research beforehand. It has small traces of toxic chemicals (see other reviews!) So, please be careful & really, REALLY get a doctors approval before you purchase these! I missed my return window because I was too busy being excited about weighing the same as I did the month before (thinking these pills were helping me, haha). In reality, I was just fooling myself and messing up my kidney and liver enzymes because I'm the dumb-dumb who didn't realize these pills aren't meant for everyone (or anyone?)... Please don't do what I did...
