IT WORKS
This doesn't have a timer on it. When you turn it on, be sure to set a 10 min timer so you know when to turn it off. There.That is absolutely the only negative thing about this product. My daughter is entering puberty and has lots of very small pimple outbreaks, we've tried various soaps, cleansers, moisturizers and haven't found the right routine for her BUT we have discovered that this mask is really effective for her outbreaks. We use this with sulfur moisturizer for spot treatments with FANTASTIC results. I have used it and it's really kinda cool. It doesn't drastically do anything for me but it definitely helps when I have an outbreak. The refillable activator was just a way to get money and I wasn't into buying that over and over when I had found a working solution for outbreaks. SUPER glad this is out on the market. If the light mask works for you, do yourself a favor and buy this.

I decided to give this a try because I didn’t want to keep buying activators, and overall it works just fine! So that deserves 5 stars: the only reason why I give it four is bec I’m not sure if this was suppose to come with batteries, but when the product arrived the box was basicallyCompletely destroyed, my package inside was opened and it looked like someone stole the batteries inside.UPDATE: the company reached out to me and went far and beyond to compensate me for this. Better results
The product is what it is. Works perfectly. It’s an activator with unlimited uses and no time cap. This comes in especially handy since blue/red light therapy from a store bought mask (let’s be honest) can’t compare to the light emitted from a legitimate and licensed dermatological device. This is the truth told by dermatologists everywhere. For this reason, it’s really necessary to have the treatment last for at least 15-20 minutes and not a measly 10 minutes, honestly. That’s where this miracle product comes in. Not only does it keep that 30-trial nonsense at bay, it extends the treatment time to efficient lengths. Amen.

Good replacement for official activator
I was really excited to order this product because I attempted to hack my original activator but was not successful. This product is a good replacement.I'd give this 3.5 stars for the following 3 1/2 reasons1. There is no timer.2. The instructions say to replace/recharge batteries when the mask looks dim. I'd rather not have to rely on my own judgment for that.3. The batteries were very difficult to put in.3.5. Even though it is shown in the picture, I didn't realize how exposed the batteries are.I'm thinking about returning the basic model and getting the enhanced one which I think will resolve all but the timer issue.

This is one of my favorite amazon purchases! I am a facial beauty enthusiast and have a ton of at home treatments. I use this product with the neutrogena blue light acne face mask. It works wonderfully. I can either plug up into my phone charger, computer, or use batteries. It's so great and saves so much money. Thrilled with my purchase

So far so good!
I just received my LiiHot Light Therapy Acne Mask Activator (Enhanced Model). I haven’t had the need to use it yet, but I went ahead and tested everything to insure I received the product I ordered. My Amazon box arrived undamaged. The product box was a little scuffed up, but the structure of the box wasn’t compromised or dented in any way. I tested out the activator and I found it to be in good working order. Both red and blue lights turn on and shone brightly. There doesn’t appear to be a timer, but I’m ok with handling it on my own and shouldn’t be a deterrent. Should anything change over time and when I get to needing to use it, I will update my review.

Great
Works fine and I don’t have to be concerned about having 30 uses only. My package was in good shape, but I couldn’t get the battery compartment open. I ended up sending it back. I contacted the company and Lillian was great in helping me. She even put up a short video on U Tube. After I watched the video, it was simple. I had to laugh at myself. As I stated before, Lillian was very prompt, helpful, patient and even gave me a discount so I reordered the product. No problem with my new one.

ADVANCED VERSION
UPDATE: Company offered a replacement. The owner was so easy to work with and understanding. The replacement was shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. It works perfectly. So satisfied with this purchase. So happy with the advanced version.************I really wanted to like this product. I bought the advanced version. I put the batteries in right away, plugged in the usb adapter and my mask.......then nothing. The green light turns on so I know it was getting power. Still nothing. Then i played a bit with the connection with the mask plug and the products cord and if i tilt it to the side a bit ,my mask will turn on. If i hold the cord so the metal sides will touch it will stay on but thats not really relaxing. I tried the mask again with the activator from neutrogena and it worked just fine. I wish I got the basic version instead now since there doesnt seem to be any bad reviews from that version.
