Nightly Reminder
I attended one of Patrick's courses on the Buteyko Breathing Method. I found it incredibly helpful. I've since been using this Buteyko Belt every night. It really helps the body's awareness of the level of breathing needed while sleeping. I have had some very good night's sleep with it. Strongly recommend it.

Mit dem Buteyko-Gürtel habe ich während des Tragens das Gefühl mehr Energie zu haben, da ich nicht so tief atme. Aber aufpassen, es gibt verschiedene Größen. Ich habe das bei der ersten Bestellung nicht gesehen und dann kam ein L-Gürtel, der mir viel zu groß war.

Einfache Handhabung. Hilft sich auf die Atmung zu konzentrieren, besonders auch beim laufen. Das zuviel atmen, wird reduziert, auch in der Nacht. Ich verwende den Gürtel wegen Asthma und er hilft wirklich.
