Been using it for a year now, works flawlessly. Love the full metal exterior and simple single gauge display. Simple, gets the job done hassle free. Pointless to get all the fancy features on more expensive machines. The pressure and temperature is plentiful, I've tried using the finest grind and a very hard tamp with a bottomless portafilter, causing pressure needle to rise (still within espresso range markings) and the pump handles it just fine. Speaking of which, definitely worth upgrading the portafilter and tamper. The ones that come with the machine are flimsy plastic, and portafilter has a dual spout made from plastic. I'm sure they use food-safe plastic that meet the temperature requirements, but why not avoid where you can, and can't complain for the price. For those looking to upgrade the portafilter, I found a beautiful stainless steel and wood handled bottomless portafilter, also here on Amazon, that fit's perfectly with this machine. Being bottomless, you need to ensure a consistent fine grind, distribute the grounds well, and have a strong and level tamp to prevent under-extration and steam splashing out. But it's a fun challenge and very satisfying once you get the hang of it, and gives you a way to see how well you've prepped your grounds (the included plastic spouted filter blocks any view of how well your coffee is extracting, you could be prepping the worst grinds imaginable unknowingly and this machine will still pour your espresso). This is my first espresso machine. It's compact, heats up quickly, and makes a great-tasting double shot of espresso. The milk frother works well, and it doesn't take up much counter space. My only complaints are that it's a little loud and the vibration can cause the mug to move while brewing. Overall, it's a great value and an excellent machine for beginners.

Love this little espresso machine! It’s so compact and easy to use. It’s my first foray into home espresso making, and this little machine has been perfect for me. Works great and the coffee with steamed milk is so delicious. It’s almost as easy to use as my solo Keurig machine and so much more delicious. A super value add is the instruction manual. So many instruction manuals nowadays have multiple languages and the type is so small as to be illegible and useless. This one is in a nice readable type size and the content is well written and understandable. Kudos to this company for a great product and great instructions!

One word to describe this espresso: Outstanding! This machine is truly the best. I used it with inexpensive dollar store coffee to test. The result was an espresso that beats any coffee shop. It is a quality machine as well. Looks great on counter. I made both double espresso and Americano. Both exceed the taste and aroma of any shop in Europe or the US. Forget wasting money at those stupid expensive coffee shops. This machine pays for itself after 10 cups! I was totally surprised that inexpensive coffee could taste better than the narcissist packed coffee shops. If you don’t care about parading with a franchise coffee cup, and simply want great affordable coffee. This is the machine to buy.

The espresso comes out with a rich flavor, and the milk frother works great for making lattes and cappuccinos at home. I also like the pressure gauge because it helps monitor the extraction process. Perfect option if you want café-style drinks without spending a fortune on a large machine. Easy to use, easy to clean, and looks beautiful on the counter.

This machine is worth every penny! It is easy to set up. It is easy to use. The instructions are very good and thorough. It took me about 5 minutes to set up to be ready to brew! The espresso is hot and it brews in a decent amount of time! Easy to clean. LOVE IT!
