Buy the name brand, listen to the other reviewers. This is a hot mess that doesn't work.
There are 2 insurmountable problems with this set. One there is a burr on the edge of the blade that comes in the device. It rips the paper. There is NO cutting. No smooth lines. Just a jagged mess. The second problem is that we couldn't get that blade out to try one of the other blades that came with the kit. My husband ended up using pliers and had he kept pulling, it would have broken the plastic. Needless to say, we'll be returning this one and the one we bought for my daughter as well. Bummer. I was excited to get the chance to work with one of these, but you get what you pay for.

Does not rotate
Cuts well but the blade does not rotate. I am not sure if mine is faulty but the who purpose of this purchase for me was the rotating blade.

It doesn't work; it can't even cut a simple sheet of paper.

FAULTY PRODUCT.
THIS PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS!!! NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CHANGE THE BLADES, WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CHANGE A BLADE, IT JUST KEPT FALLING OUT. THIS 360 DEGREE IS POORLY DESIGNED, CAN'T KEEP THE BLADE IN ONE POSTION WHEN ATTEMPTING TO CUT !! I HAVE RETURNED 2 OF THESE AND I RECOMMEND "NEVER" BUYING THIS ITEM !!! VERY DISAPPOINTING ! VERY DANGEROUS ITEM !

Wobbly
Not sure why I can’t get it to work properly. It just turns and turns which I know it’s supposed to do, but then it turns into the wrong size of the blade.

Does not work.
Does not cut properly, rips the paper. No Kohl's drop off. Too inconvenient to return.

Not easy to use
Was not thrilled with this product. While the blade was sharp it was not easy to use or function the way I needed it to.
