Good product, no stir, not fruit on bottom, low cab, great for diabetes & low sugar diets
I like this brand a lot! It has a few carbs, like 10ish, and the cherry, strawberry, peach, and vanilla are awesome. I have diabetes and it’s low carb, low fat, higher protein, and you can mix two 5 oz servings in a bowl for a great diabetic dessert—with whipped cream, no sugar. Excellent. This isn’t stir for fruit on the bottom, it’s low carb and sugar, so the flavor is mixed in not ice-cream toppings at the bottom to mix in. The higher protein version was a little too dense “mouthfeel” for my wife, but I think they’re all awesome.

I absolutely love this yogart. I eat at least 1 a day. Creamy, not hard at all to blend together. Great flavor.

Oikos brand is great!
I love the Oikos brand by Danone. It is sugar free and offers up to 15 oz of protein. They also offer it in larger sizes.
