Do not waste your money on this item. It does not work at all. And they do not allow you to return it. They basically send you a piece of garbage that is so flimsy it would break very easily and knowing this they make sure that a return is not possible. This company is absolute junk, the item is absolute junk. I tried to return it within minutes of receiving it and it said it was not eligible for a return. That tells me that the company is well aware the item is garbage and very poorly made. I don't care that it was only $8, that's $8 I gave to the company for free. They should be ashamed of themselves. I would never buy any item from this company. I've had so many issues that I'm at the point of canceling my Prime Membership. Because Amazon won't even let me return it. Do not waste your money

Perfect file to keep in my purse

It’s sturdy and has a lot of grit on both sides, one side’s gritty and the other is SUPER GRITTY. It’s great for taking care of heavy calluses and grinding toe nails. That is a big plus for people who have trouble trimming their toe nails. I just wish it was an inch or two longer, and a finer side should be helpful. I do like to finish off with a finer grit and leave my toenails smooth and pretty!

This product does not work. Or shall I say immediately after you use it , it works . But 5 minutes later your heels are back to being rough.. literally. Save yourself the $10 do not buy it.
