I am beyond frustrated with this purchase. I bought the Cadlec JarGenie 750 Watt Mixer Grinder back in September 2025, expecting a durable, high-power machine. For the first few months, it performed decently, but it didn’t even make it to the six-month mark. By March, the unit completely stopped working. Here is the real kicker: this product is advertised with a 2-year warranty, but good luck trying to actually use it. When the motor died, I went looking for support, only to find myself in a loop of dead ends. Amazon Support: No help. Since the return window is closed, they provide no clear path to reach the manufacturer. The Seller: Completely unresponsive. There are no contact options or service center details available to honor the "guarantee." It is incredibly misleading to slap a "2-year warranty" on a product description when there is absolutely no infrastructure to support it. I specifically chose this model for the peace of mind that a warranty provides, but now I’m stuck with a 750W paperweight and no way to get it fixed or replaced. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a reliable mixer grinder with actual customer service, stay away from this one. It’s a waste of money if it breaks—and based on my experience, it will. This is the worst product I have ever seen. I bought this after seeing 4star review. It got delivered on the same day as mentioned but product quality was very bad almost like a cotton box. Plug wire also very short I never seen such short wire in mixer grinder. First impressions was very bad. When I used to test it, speed 1 it was working good. I increased to max speed to check wheather it's making noise or not. It got compleletly stopped. I tried the bottom button to fix it. It did not work at all. This is not only cotton box type plastic material, inside motor also very very poor. It stopped working on the day 1 I purchased. I called to amazon customer care they spoke very polite and arranged for return I was really happy then. But its been 1 week over still return pick up was not made from Amazon. This is my experience after buying this product. Pls don't buy this product.

I am extremely disappointed with this product. The quality is very poor and not as expected at all. The caps of the jars do not fit properly and are made of cheap rubber-like plastic. While trying to close them, the caps got damaged and tore easily. Out of the 3 jars, 2 now have broken caps, making them completely useless. Additionally, it takes several minutes just to fit the cap properly, which is very inconvenient. The caps also make a strange noise, as if something is getting stuck while closing. Overall, this product is not worth the money and I would not recommend it to anyone.

⭐ Rating: 1/5 – Very Poor Quality Extremely disappointed with this mixer. Within 15 days, the plastic rotating part started eroding. The mid-size jar keeps getting jammed on the machine and is very difficult to remove. Within 2 months, the small jar blade broke, and after repair, a crack developed on the steel body, causing the paste to leak out. Now I’m forced to replace the jar entirely. This clearly shows the product is not sturdy or durable at all. I seriously doubt how long this mixer will last. To make things worse, the company has no service person in my city. Overall, poor build quality, repeated failures, and bad service support. Not recommended.

The product is not functioning properly. getting heated up. tripping frquently. customer service not responding to complaints. The product as stopped workking and reset button not working Afterwards they direct ed to me to their service centre who got it repaired. Their jars were very tight in the machine which gave problem now it is working on. Complaint resolved , NOW 4 DAYSago the bottom part of the jar started rotating freely. The conhave send substandard product without quality testing. I have asked for hte jar replacement as defective jar is provided or full refund with return of hte product. no customer service responded for the quality issue. worst after sales service nobody is reponsindg,

Screws missing for top fixture of the motor it was wobbly since I have similar screws I could fix it back but the product is not worth buying plastic also looks like second grade and very thin wire are also. Cheep and I don't things the cap for jar is also not food grade and I got a package that was returned by someone as it was in a box with in box and th e inner box had address Any tape was added to it.

Please don't buy after checking all the reviews i bought this product and I used for the first time it's starts smelling like burning and produce smoke not even I used for a min ... And I can't return the product as it's showing only the replacement with same product how I know that the replacement product will be same and will not be defective or work fine ...I want a return not a replacement since it's not a product that I can check and return and replacement frequently..... I won't recommend this one.. and also I am single person at home and the mixer is for a single person usage so there is no heavy load or nothing.
