Did you guys change the formula? This used to work great and now it’s questionable.

I was wondering the same thing. I haven’t tried it again since last year when it was ineffective after the first time it worked so well. This is disappointing. I came on here because I was going to give it another shot but seeing so many people feel the same way I did about the formula changing, I suppose I’m going to look for a different one.

I started with one before bed and recommends 2 before bed. And I am using bathroom every 30 minutes. should I really use 2?

You probably can start out taking 1 until it no longer works. My first bottle I only took 1 at bedtime it worked fine. My second bottle however I had to start taking 2 at bedtime for it to work.
