What’s the difference between light colored and the dark colored honey?

Generally speaking, lighter color means milder flavor and darker color has more pronounced honey flavor. It has to do with the plants the bees visited while making the honey.

The packaging does not say, but my guess—based on clarity—is that it is not raw honey.

Why is this honey cheaper? Does it have any added sugars or chemicals?

I don’t know why it’s cheaper, but organic honey is the only ingredient. It’s from Brazil and Mexico and it’s Grade A.

Is this honey pasteurized?

It doesn't say on the labels. It isn't raw or crystalized, so I think it is.
