No noticeable difference after months of use
AI. 5:04 PM I've been taking these daily for several months now, hoping for some noticeable improvement, but honestly I can't say I've noticed much of a difference one way or another. No negative side effects, which is good, and the capsules themselves are easy enough to take with no weird aftertaste. The ingredient list looks solid on paper with the combination of saw palmetto, pumpkin seed, nettle, zinc, and pygeum, so I had decent expectations going in. Maybe it just works more subtly than I expected, or maybe it takes even longer to notice results, but for now I'm sort of in a wait-and-see holding pattern. Not bad, just not the dramatic change I was hoping for. Might keep taking them a bit longer to see if anything changes, but I'd manage your expectations if you're looking for quick or obvious results.
