Every aspect, every feature of this chair is wonderful. It's very comfortable to begin with. It gives great lumbar support. That, combined with the heating function, allows for a near stress free work day. To add to all that it has a recline function for those times you need to distance yourself from the screen for a second, or many seconds if needed, without necessarily exiting the chair. Great product. Great quality. Happy desk warrior.

As of now I am loving this chair. The lumbar support is not that great but I placed an extra support pillow behind me and that makes things better. The heating mechanism does not get that hot and the massage is not that powerful but they are both enough to make the chair more comfortable. I love the fact that the chair can go up and down. Along with recline. The footrest is heaven on earth and one of my main reasons for loving the chair. You can even move the footrest to be in better positions for what makes you comfortable. I can easily sit crisscross on this chair or even sit with my knees bent and feet up thanks to the footrest. The recliner on the chair goes back super far. I can see how people could fall asleep in this chair. I suck at putting things together and this was relatively simple. I did it primarily by myself with a bit of help from my daughter when I placed the arms on. Took maybe 20 minutes if that to put together and would have probably went even faster if my dog wasn't trying to help as well. All in all I am quite pleased with my purchase for this price point and it was fairly priced for all the positives that come with it.

Easy to put together and very comfortable! Love the heat option!! So I am not a big person but I have a dog that sits with me while I work and I can sit criss cross in the seat no problems! I could easily take a nap during a break if I would let my self with the way it goes back and the wonderful foot rest!!

It's nice but I wish I could use the heat without using the massager! Sometimes I just need heat therapy without the massage part because it can be nosey while I'm working.

This is a very uncomfortable chair. The seat cushion is soft to the touch, but when sitting on it daily working from home, it is very solid and hard at the end of the day my legs and body ache. I have to unplug and replug in the adapter so the massage and heat function work. I would NOT recommend this chair.

This chair is very comfortable. The option of cloth instead of leather is awesome, it helps me from sweating while using the chair. It goes up, it goes down, it massages and keeps me warm! It was also very easy to assemble.

Well the only thing that still works after using it less than a week (3x exactly) is the fact it’s a chair. The massage and heating function quit after literally 3 uses which was the primary reason for getting this chair. If it wasn’t such a PITA to return I’d do so. Everything has been checked over and over it just quit after barely using it.

It’s so comfy, and the heat is nice. The massage is more like a vibration, but I like it. Smelled a little like plastic when I first opened the box but that has gone away now
