I recently bought 8 bags of golden from a big box store and I have used 4 bags so far. I now have 3 different colors in my flower bed. One bag was pretty wet as it had rained. The bottom was almost black but figured when it dried out it would lighten. It did not. It is still black. I'm not too impressed. I'm afraid of what I'm going to find in the last 4 bags.
