Happy Birthday, Orange LED Magic Grow Your Own Crystal Garden Wish Flower Jar Growing Kit

This was a shame because it was for my daughters 6th birthday and her favourite colour is orange and she loves jewels and crystals so I thought it would be perfect but nothing happened unfortunately.

bought as novelty for 21st b/day, you really should read guide and set it up before hand as I did not and it didn do as should have

A wonderful gift, my friend was thrilled to receive it for her birthday. It comes well presented, and is a unique present that lasts a lot longer than other presents you could buy for the same price. I'll be buying more.

Cute little project, you can see the crystals grow... End product is very pretty, the light still goes on now, although we don't put it on that much, a lot smaller than expected but that just adds to it's cuteness.

For reference this is rated ages 14+Basically in this package you get a very small glass jar with a cork, a packet with the 'chemical', a wooden ice lolly like stick with a plastic bit at the end, and 2 small batteries, and lastly a tag with a bit of string. And a 'Seed' thing.The instructions tell you to place the seed thing(Like a little pink pod thing) inside the jar. Afterwards you pour hot water into the jar, and add the mixture to it. The package instructs you to stir until the solution is clear and place the cork on the top.The cork secures the thing perfectly so there is no leakage.However this thing emits an odour whilst mixing, I guess some people have more tolerance than others but its probably best you do this thing near a window, or with your back door open/or outside.You get a little bit of crystal growth but not like the picture shows, and I wouldn't call it much of a garden either. Perhaps everyone will get different results but I followed the instructions to the letter and was left kinda dissapointed in the result.Generally speaking, the instructions state to leave the cork on for 24 hours, then remove. You then need to place in a safe place for a few weeks. This could be a problem for parents or people with pets that like to explore(Obviously as the package states not to get the stuff on your hands, or inhale/consume as it will cause serious problems)Buy with caution. Not the greatest product out there and results may vary from person to person

What a load of rubbish....I brought it as a bday present and nothing happen, my daughter was so upset. I wouldnt recommended to anyone.
