654752 Oil Rubbed Bronze Tub Shower Combo Faucet - Two Handle Mixer Design and Multi-Setting Shower Head - Convertible

My husband and I remodeled two bathrooms with these fixtures. They look so fancy! Seemed to hold up!

For the price, hard to beat. I did have to get a plumber to install the new stem body, which meant removing tile and drywall and a few hours of plumber fees. Also, there were no instructions and it took a bit to figure out that the long screws go through the handles to make them secure. I probably would have had to get the plumber out regardless, so I can't dock the set for that. It looks great and works fine.

Great deal and didn't need to use the tub faucet. Looks beautiful in guest shower matching the rest of the bathroom decor.

After ordering this set, I was not able to install it until my bathroom was remodeled which was about 2 months later. Now that I have it installed, one of the faucets leak. They won't replace it because it is beyond the return time, but all I want is someone to tell me where I can order parts for it. I've talked to at least 3 Amazon reps. and can get no one to tell me who the actual mfg. is or where I can order the faucet valve stem assy. or valve seat. I have never had this much trouble with Amazon before. I keep thinking that I must be getting incompetent reps. Even a supervisor could not help me.

I love the style but the quality isn't good. We have tried everything to fix it including contacting the seller which I still haven't heard back from abot the problem but the faucet leaks.

I had terrific water pressure before I installed this faucet now I have very little water pressure. The handles only allow you to turn the faucet on a quarter of a turn which restricts water flow. I bought two of these and both of them do not allow enough water to come through for good pressure. The faucet also states that the shower head is adjustable which is a lie. The only adjustment there is, is water or no water. Save yourself the time and do not buy this faucet.

This was so perfect. We recently remodeled both bathrooms and could not find regular bath fixtures. not only were they the right ones, they matched the ones bought separately for the sink.

The shower always drips, even when the lever isn’t raised. It’s pretty, but it sure doesn’t function well. If I hadn’t already took my wall apart to put it in, I’d probably return it.
