Rust-Oleum 7760830 Satin Enamels Spray, Heritage Red, 12-Oun

So... I recently put up a carport with a red roof and one wall of red metal. I decided to add a kick plate of metal to the other three walls to prevent dirt from blowing in so easily. Naturally, my mild but demanding OCD required that these kick plates ALSO be red. This color was the closest I could get to the carport manufacturer's red without going for custom paint mixing. I originally purchased the same paint at my local home improvement store. After running through all of theirs, needing more, being told the next shipment wouldn't arrive for weeks, and not finding ANY in stock at ANY local retailers, I gave Amazon a shot. Surprise! Yes. I was pleasantly surprised to find my brand, my color, and my finish available by the single can or the six-pack. I ordered two cans to finish up (should have got the six-pack for future use). The color matches my store bought color exactly and easily cover the original dark green of my kick plates in a single coat. Buyer need not beware. This is the real product, not a knock off.

This paint does a great job in covering. Almost not sure you use a drop cloth to protect surrounding areas because when it's dry as you cannot get it up Deb2017

Another quality Rustoleum product - didn't think I would like the funky spray nozzle but it worked as planned.

I have been using Rust-Oleum spray paints for about 10 years for applications varying from a metal front gate to model railway cars that run on garden railroad in 6 months of punishing sun and several months of rainy conditions. The color range is extensive. Hammered metal options are great. They cover well and and last well. I have also had lots of success spraying small amounts into lids from used bottles and applying the paint by brush to models. My 10 years of using at least 25 different colours/types with excellent results makes this one of the most solid 5-star ratings that I have ever awarded a product.
