the flavor was fine: but the texture was aa dry as saw dust. I let them soak in water until they were soft; but they still tasted dry. I tried eating them all because I hate wasting anything, and really wanted to like them. I finally gave up and threw the last bag away. I am not picky and able to tolerate most foods; but I met my match with this jerky.

I am not a vegetarian, but I wanted to try a healthy version of beef jerky and was pleasantly surprised that they not only tasted addictively good, but I like the texture, which had a decent amount of chewiness. An excellent guilt free sno with healthy, all plant ingredients. Good choice for the family. Also lightweight, so great to take on walks/hiking.

Taste is okay. Not remarkably good or bad. However, the $/oz is not calculated correctly, not a good deal! Expiration was only one week after the date I received it. Very disappointed overall.

I wasn’t aware of the existence of this product until a friend of mine turned me onto it . Jackfruit Jerky is a revelation. It has intense flavor , savory with fruity undertones. The texture is dense and chewy . The Sweet Barbecue flavor is my favorite but I sampled and liked the Ginger Teriyaki and the Tomato Poblano as well.

I have had jerky from jackfruit and I enjoyed it, but this brand was awful! Seriously bad…all three flavors. So bad my dogs wouldn’t eat it and they eat everything. Had I known I could have returned them I would have, maybe I can dig them out of the garbage to return. Seriously, don’t waste your money, there are better brands out there.
