It's a time of deception. What we wanted is a cap with a damper for my friend; The picture shows WITH a damper but the words say "Chimney Cap" Chimney 12411 Lyemance Chimney Cap - 13 Inches x 13 Inches Most people will look at the picture and think that's what they'll get. My point is; WHY SHOW THE DAMPER IN THE PICTURE WHEN IT DOESN'T COME WITH IT? DECEPTION, THAT'S WHAT IT IS!!!! So now my friend orders it and he gets just a CHIMNEY CAP. He calls me and says we need a damper too.
