Venture Pal Calm Drink Mix, 12-in-1 Cortisol Reducer & Sleep Aid

I bought this supplement because I was looking for an easy way to take magnesium without having to swallow capsules, and it has been a good choice. The flavor is pleasant and dissolves quickly in the water, so it is taken without problem. I have been using it for several days as part of my nightly routine and I like the feeling of relaxation that leaves me before going to sleep. In addition, the fact that it includes vitamin D3, L-theanine and lion's mane makes it feel like a more complete product. The variety of flavors is also a plus because it prevents it from becoming repetitive. I would definitely buy it again.

THIS IS AMAZING. It actually works. I feel great. I accidentally used one of these in my tumbler while driving out of town (thought i grabbed electrolyte mix) and almost needed to pull over. My eyes were heavy. The flavor is good and I'm so glad this is in powder form. I have MTHFR and don't absorb well through gut. This instantly kicks in and I know I'm getting all the good stuff absorbed. Definitely helps with sleep if you mix it with a small amount of water so you're not getting up to potty middle of night. Highly recommend.

These are a good option for a calming drink. Some of the flavors are very strong which was not my favorite. Would be nice to be able to pick a flavor vs a variety pack but still a good option and a good value

Good but not as good as nello. Fine option if you’re on a budget but the consistency is kinda lacking..like a lot. It gets the job done but would spend the money on nello 100%

It does its job, my hubby works in a very stressful area and it have helped him to stay more calmer he also stated that it have helped him sleep better they come in little packets that you just pore it your water bottle it tastes like electrolytes
