I wouldn’t get on long flights without this cushion anymore. I visit Japan every year, and as I got older, I started having a tailbone problem on the 12-14hour flight. I have to say that this cushion has solved the problem. I chose it because of its thickness and because it was not an inflatable cushion. I have 2 things to mention though. 1. It’s bulky. (But I can handle.) 2. It could slow blood circulation to the legs. (You have to change positions once in a while. My legs were so swollen for a couple of days after the flight! You don’t want blood clots.) I wish it tapered down where thighs hit. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone who has to be on super long flights.

So read carefully that this only has a 30 day return window! I waited to try this out when I had a work trip requiring an 11 hour flight. First I would not consider this a travel size pillow as it doesn't even fit in my back pack that goes under the seat, it is very large even when folded in half. Second, it did not help with my back or hip pain, I would have loved to try a different cushion, but unfortunately I am stuck with something I will never use due to a 30 day return policy, and I am 1 day late, very dissatisfied and will not purchase from this seller again.

It’s memory foam. The question is, of course, how long that memory is going to last? Beware, It’s BIG. Bigger than some airline seats. Although light, a heck of a lump to lug around with today’s carryon restrictions. I use it mainly at home.

Just took this cushion on a work trip, and it worked great for the car. It’s nice that it folds up and has a carrying handle, so it’s easy to attach to my backpack or suitcase. I get nerve pain flare ups when I travel and this helped a lot in the car where there isn’t much support with the seats. I also used it in my hotel room chair. Worked great for all applications. I was carrying around my full size tailbone pillow for travel and this is so much easier to maneuver.

It is easy to take with me and is comfortable.
