VERY NICE ASSORTMENT of flat wooden buttons. Great on a jacket, functional and decorative as well as a handmade journal closure. Reasonable assortment of colors and patterns, my box contained a lot of pink flowers, some dark blues, some reds, and some singles. Am looking forward to playing with them.

So, I ordered these in hopes of replacing 1 inch resin buttons on a couple of rayon shirts, one black, one hot pink. The shirts are kind of dramatic, but I wanted to tone down the drama. I haven't worn them, even though they are nice, because I didn't like the buttons. Ordering these buttons was a crap shoot. When I took them out of the box, I liked them immediately. I then sorted them to see if there were sets, and there are 11 sets of 6 and a few more sets of 5, and some fewer. These shirts are going to look so much better. They are rayon, so I will wash on cold and hang up. From what I have read, the buttons won't leak color.

$7.99 for 100 buttons is a great deal but if you are using them for a project where you need 5 of the same you can’t count on getting what you want/need. Got as many as 11 of one pattern and less than 6 on 9 patterns. I need 6 for my sweater and got 4 of one and 2 of another with right colors. Good for random crafts but not projects.
