Will this dye color over what appears to be spots of bleach?

Is midnight blue a blue/black color?

No it's more of a navy. I used it on outdoors soda covers at the end of June. They are on a covered porch and they have already failed to a washed out navy.

I ordered gray nylon camp chairs for hunting season but received red instead. Will this product cover it if I try graphite?

I don’t think so. It didn’t color what I was trying to do and red is really a deep/dark color to try to change.

I'd like to dye a waterproof duvet cover. Will it affect the liner?

Not sure a waterproofed fabric can be dyed.
