Premium air circulation, ultra-quiet performance, and standout customer support
I’ve tested quite a few fans over the years (from budget box fans to higher-end circulators), and this is one of the rare models that actually feels like a meaningful upgrade rather than just a variation on the same design.Assembly & build:Setup was quick and painless—everything fit together cleanly, and the finished unit feels stable with no wobble. While it’s mostly plastic, the construction feels intentional and well-engineered rather than flimsy.Airflow & coverage:What really sets this apart is the multi-directional oscillation. Instead of just sweeping side to side, it distributes air both horizontally and vertically, which creates a much more balanced, whole-room circulation effect. In practice, the room feels evenly cooled instead of having “hot spots.” Even on mid-range speeds, airflow is strong and consistent.Noise profile:This is easily one of the quietest fans I’ve used. On lower settings, it’s barely noticeable—ideal for sleeping or working. Even at higher speeds, the sound stays smooth without the rattling or harsh motor noise you often get with standard fans.Controls & features:The included remote is genuinely useful (not just a throwaway extra), and the range of speed settings allows for fine control rather than big jumps between levels. The interface is intuitive, and I didn’t need to constantly refer back to the manual.Amazon Customer service experience (worth mentioning):I did run into a minor issue early on, and this is where the Amazon really impressed me. Customer support was responsive, easy to deal with, and resolved the problem quickly without hassle. That kind of follow-through makes a big difference and adds confidence in the purchase.A couple of minor notes:• The base is a bit larger than basic fans, so it takes up slightly more floor space• The display light could be dimmer for very dark roomsOverall:This performs more like a true air circulator than a standard fan. Between the quiet operation, strong airflow, and excellent customer support, it stands out in a crowded category.I’d absolutely recommend it for bedrooms, home offices, or anyone looking for quiet but effective whole-room airflow.

Best fan I have ever had. Bought another.
So glad I bought this. Let me first say: I am a FAN GEEK. Yes, a "fan perfectionist".I have different fans for sleeping, working, working out, watching TV, the kitchen, the bathroom, etc.And I hate when fan wind is blowing in or across my eyes when I watching TV or working at the computer. How annoying. This fan is so flexible that I am a bit angry at myself for not getting it during the summer.First thing when I assembled it: It is small. I actually learned to like this! more on that later...So I was a bit skeptical, but then I turned it on highest level and you do not want to be sitting in front of it unless you are pretty far away, as it it very focused wind and powerful. (like my 2 Vortex fans)Luckily it has EIGHT levels, so you can dial it in to "perfect" for the temperature and usage. It also has 3 settings for left to right swivel, with one being a tighter area, 45 degree swivel, 2 being about 90, and 3 being a full 180 degree - hitting all areas of the room. Then there is the up and down swivel which is a new and awesome feature! I found my self bouncing the air flow off the ceiling or floor for different cooling affects. The remote is easy once you figure it out....it takes a minute or 2 to understand what it is doing as it cycles through each command. It goes back to '0' on every second push so you can freeze it at the "perfect angle". Level 1 swivel, 0= still, level 2 swivel, 0= back to still. When I'm sleeping I'll just use horizontal swivel around 3 or 4 speed.Working out I'll aim it dead on 5 or 6 wind speed. (7 or 8 would actaully be too much)BEST OF ALL: When I'm working at my desk for a few hours - I like just a "hint" of a breeze a few times per minute; and you can set this to simulataneous horizontal 1 or 2 setting and vertical 1 or 2 settings on swivel and gently move the breeze all around you. It feels like I'm sitting outside ....the breeze only hits every 15-20 seconds and comes from different directions... AWESOME.I doubt I'll ever use the "3" setting for vertical and horizontal, but if you have a huge room, you may.So there you have it: the most flexible fan I have ever had, the technology is wonderful, and it all comes in a power packed small footprint! So I can get rid of a couple of my larger fans.I love the small footprint, you can put it almost anywhere that works for best circulation pattern and it actually looks really nice. I bought a second one!The remote holder that snaps onto the base is a nice touch and really smart so you don't lose it......I did pay 16 bucks for a 4 year warranty, in case one of these swivel motors breaks or wears out.for $4 per year, I'm perfectly ok with not having to pay another $100.

I love this Fan
This baby is small but mighty!!! It won’t cool down a home full of guest like a AC. But works well if you’re entertaining a small group or just sitting on the Sofa or in the bedroom rather than running an AC which is costly! This baby has also been helpful during my night sweats/hot flashes which says a lot if you know how hot one can get during menopause. I’ve on turbo this baby will have u grabbing for rhev blanket! So I usually keep it between 4-6 settings even in the summer. It pushes air around pretty well on the rotation settings. I usually just keep it a more focus setting. Like when I’m sitting or sleeping. The features settings are great the natural breeze setting feels like a fall/ spring day with the window open very nice!! The fan it also very pleasing to the eye and easy to hide away: it’s not a tall fan but the air that pushes through it feel like a tall might one which makes it great for lounging around . The remote works fine. Base is sold even on high. The noise is very low even on high. Like a small white noise. Helpful to fall asleep too! It took 3-5 min once out the box to put 2 together by myself. Look for the quick set up directions under the base. Idk about cleaning it yet but looks as if it be easy with just 4 sCres for a cover. .Since this review I have brought 3 more. (4 fans all together) 2 for each of the bedrooms. One for the living room and one for my sons dorm in Buffalo .. since he bunked his bed this fan is to short so he places it on his widow ledge which works for sleeping or at his desk it doeset disturb his sleep. Except for he said occasionally grabbing the remote to turn it down. a few of his friends and dorm mates actuall purchased their own after experiencing it in his room this past summer: i got the 502 model. the quality and price point is well above worth! I would highly recommend and buy again if needed!!

Best fan I’ve ever bought
This fan is great! It sat in my cart for a long while before I finally broke down and ordered it, but I’m glad I did. It’s got a nice spread of settings, the body seems to be well made with good materials and won’t get easily knocked over as it is bottom heavy. I do wish the cord on it was a little longer, but that is just nitpicking. The controller is easy to use, the fan is not overly loud and it circulates air around the room very well. Even when it’s not blowing directly at you, you feel it. It also looks like it will be fairly easy to take apart and clean, if it starts getting dusty. No regrets at all!

Great buy!
This fan works really well but it's so quiet at the same time, it's amazing. It does a great job cooling the room. I love the way it turns vertical as well as horizontal to give good air circulation. You can choose for the fan to stay still, or go only horizontal or only vertical, or both at the same time. I'm very satisfied.

Great fan with nice features and very quiet
Arrived just in time for the New England heat wave. Sleek, compact design. Takes up very little space, but is relatively powerful. I can feel the movement from about 12-15 feet away, but I plan to use it much closer. The remote control feature is nice but the first time I used the remote, it also turned on my electric fireplace! Not sure how to "unsync" it, so I simply moved the fan. Seems to be well made and durable, very quiet when running.*Update* I've been using this fan for the past few weeks, and it's held up nicely. It's still quiet enough that I can use it while in my virtual meetings. There has been a price reduction since my purchase, but it's still worth it.

Well worth it
This is a great fan! Easy to clean and provides wonderful air flow. My room gets really hot with the sun beaming into the window that is in desperate need of replacing. I like the different speed modes and that you can change direction multiple ways. I especially love that it can sense when the air is warmer and then cranks up the speed on its own. Easy to move around even with the heavy base that keeps it still. The remote control is handy as I sometimes have trouble using the buttons on the fan itself and accidentally turned on the child lock mode that I didn’t even know it had. Durable even though it looks simple. This brand is well designed so much that I purchased their humidifier. I would trust this brand for sure.

One of the best fans I've ever used
My kids will say I have an obsession with fans. I can't see being uncomfortable by staying hot, nor can i see running the air conditioner when fans will suffice. By running fans, and keeping shades closed, i can delay starting the air conditioners by nearly 2 months. I have always been happy (enough) with the usual run of the mill L@$&O fans. They have always lasted many years, I'm still using a L@$&O fan that I purchased over 10 yrs ago, its currently circularing air in my stagnant basement. They have always created adequate breeze, it's just they're so darn BIG! And even better, their price was always on point! I mean, it's just a fan, right? I wanted to see if the "you get what you pay for" rang true with fans...I should tell you right off, I am not a brand snob. I refuse to throw my money to the highest bidder without at least giving the competition (ie: cheaper) a fair try.I have a small living space and needed a really good fan that didn't take up half of my living space. I purchased 4 fans, this DREO being one of them. 2 of them being from a very well known, pricey manufacturer. And the last one from another known company, just not as pricey as the one I got the 2 fans from.I used each one in the same spot, the same time frame, ect. This spring, its been unseasonably chilly here in my neck of 'Merica. Due to this, i can't give a truly accurate review based on even one hot/humid day because we haven't had any yet. That being said, I am submitting my initial review, and will come back to update how well it works when/if we finally do get spring-like weather. It might just go right into summer as we've had in prior years. Since I plan on using this to try and help move cold air from my one window ac unit to the other end of my place, my update will also include how well that was achieved. This DREO Fan, I couldn't put past "5" on the speed, I found myself reaching for my heavy comforter at 5 or above it got so cold in my bedroom. Where as 2 of the others didn't cut it turned all the way up, meaning I could barely feel any air. The last one of the 4, while it did provide more than adequate air, it did not oscillate. This doesn't work for me as my sinuses get too dried out with air constantly blowing in my face. This was my fault for not reading the entire description. I just hadn't encountered a pedestal fan that did not oscillate, only box type fans. The only thing I wish this fan had, was another 8"-12" higher. It is not a deal breaker though. I have not thoroughly played around with both oscillating functions yet, (up, down and side to side) just the usual side to side so far. I can say it works as it's supposed to. As stated, my living space is quite small. This fan is approx 3 feet from the foot of my bed, so maybe 8-9ft from where my head is. I usually keep it on level "5" and that's plenty high for me at present. Not that I use the remote much, the times that I have, it has never given me a problem such as not being within range, or any issues some people said to have encountered. The DREO fan is also lightweight, but at the same time having a stable, just weighted enough base, to keep it from falling over. Because of my limited living space, this fan gets moved at least once per day, as I have it in front of my clothes dresser. I have several physical issues, including 3 herniated disc's in my neck. C3, C4, & C5. My Dr's recommend not trying to pick up anything heavier than a gallon of milk. Which I have tried, and failed at in the past. Cleaning up an entire gallon of milk because you thought you knew better than your Dr's, was a lesson I only needed to be taught once. The small, but mighty base helps me "drive" the fan away from my dresser, so I can get my clothes for the day, then "drive" it back.I have suggested this fan to my daughter and sil. They recently bought a mini farm, complete with a farmhouse built in 1797. It had been semi updated over the years, but not recently, or seem to have been concentrated on temperature comfort. I think this would help them move the heat from their only source of heat, the pellet stove in the kitchen/living area to other areas of the house.I will keep recommending this fan. I have also put this exact same fan in my cart again, if I can get it the same price, or cheaper from what I paid originally, I will buy another in the event something happens to my current one.I can't imagine many people not being happy with this purchase. I wish I would have found this DREO fan years ago! If for some reason you don't like it, or it doesn't measure up to your specifications, Amazon makes the return process so easy!

Very plasticy update: VERY LOUD AND NOISY
It’s like a Dyson air fan but does feel cheaper quality like the plastic feels a bit cheap but it works great silent and looks great.UPDATE: it’s starting to make a reallly loud and annoying spinning sound that is unbearable conveniently how the hot weather comes around. It’s so loud I can’t listen to it and have to keep it turned off. I really hope someone can help me

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Fan – Exceeded My Expectations!
I'm really impressed with this DREO fan! Right out of the box, it felt well-built and thoughtfully designed. Assembly took just a few minutes, and everything worked perfectly right from the start. What surprised me the most is how quiet it runs, even at higher speeds. It's perfect for bedrooms, home offices, or anywhere you want a calm, cool environment without the background noise. The airflow is strong and consistent. I love the wide-angle oscillation—it cools the entire room quickly and evenly. There are several modes to choose from, including a natural breeze and sleep mode, which makes it incredibly versatile. It even comes with a remote that’s responsive and easy to use, which is great when I don’t want to get up.Design-wise, it’s very sleek and modern. It fits right in with my home decor and doesn’t take up much space. The digital display is clean and intuitive, and the timer function is a helpful bonus when I only want it running for a set amount of time. This fan is a fantastic value. It feels premium, performs beautifully, and makes a noticeable difference in comfort—especially during hot days. If you’re considering a tower fan, I highly recommend giving DREO a try.

Surprisingly Brilliant
Dreo 23dB Silent Smart Standing Fan – Surprisingly Brilliant!I picked up the Dreo 23dB Silent Smart Standing Fan as a cheaper secondary option alongside my Shark FlexBreeze—and honestly, I’m impressed.Despite the build feeling a bit plasticky up close, it’s visually sleek and modern from a distance, blending in beautifully with the room. Setup took me less than a minute, and connecting it to WiFi was just as quick. The app is extremely user-friendly, and pairing with Alexa was seamless. The fan itself is almost completely silent—ideal for bedrooms or quiet workspaces. The oscillation range is incredible, easily covering the whole room and providing instant cooling. The auto mode is a standout feature, using a built-in thermometer to adjust the fan speed based on room temperature (and yes, you can customise this too).Being able to control it through Alexa or Google Assistant is a huge plus. On hot days, I can start cooling the room from my phone before I even get home—game changer! For the price, this fan offers smart features, quiet performance, and powerful airflow in one sleek package. I’m already considering getting a second one. Dreo really nailed it with this model!

Absolute Powerhouse of a Fan!
I am incredibly impressed with this Dreo fan. It is a super powerful air producer that cools down the entire room in no time, which is exactly what I was looking for.Despite how much air it moves, it runs incredibly quietly, making it perfect to leave on while sleeping. Plus, the included remote and adjustable height make it super convenient to control from across the room. I like it very much and highly recommend it!
