We’ve had this matteress for over a year now. I bought this for my daughter who struggles with bed wetting, but also kept destroying all her plastic sheets. We had gone through probably 4 mattresses before this one, countless plastic sheets, tried mattress covers, all to no avail...This mattress is still practically good as new. No smell has sank in at all. There is no tearing or damage although I’m sure my kid probably tried. It’s REALLY durable.I purchased this because of a positive review left by someone with an autustic child who had some of the same issues as my daughter, and I can see why they left it. This thing is worth every penny and more. I wish it had been the first mattress I bought her, we would have saved a lot of time and money.

The mattress is an answer to prayer. After many mattresses have not held up to my daughter's incontinence coupled with her amazing ability to pick at the mattress seams until they come apart, we had resorted to comforters and pillows on the floor. The hospital grade twin we had tore down the center and would cost $800 to replace. We needed something affordable, strong, seamless and easily washable. The twin bed wetting mattress meets all of those specifications. It is affordable, easily cleanable, lightweight, constructed of very strong, durable material, and has no outer seams! Its protector failed and/or never worked. I cleaned it and the outside of it seemed dry, but the inside ended up functioning as a urine sponge, as the outer layer allowed urine to penetrate through it. A god-awful smell accumulated in my room for months, but as the outer layer of the mattress seemed clean and dry, I thought nothing of it. Finally, after a month or two of smelling a horrific waft of urine whenever I laid down or moved around on the bed, I realized that the mattress was the culprit.The company danced around the notion of providing a refund for it. I'm still hoping to get one, and I hope that you'll be able to get one too, if you also get a defective mattress from them.

No more pee smell in bedroom! Wish I had bought sooner. It is a little thin for a mattress but regular twin sheets fit. My son loves it, glad to have friends be able tto visit his room now

1. It is not SEALED. There is a zipper. I would not have bought this mattress if I had known there was a zipper.2. Size is a large twin, in my opinion. The blame is on myself as I should have check the measurements on the details page. This item was chosen because it was not the XL twin option so I didn't worry, but again, I should have checked. (Maybe the zipper is in the small print too).

Great for bedwetters. It's not super thick but it does the job. Bed covers leak, don't get put on right, need many if there are frequent wettings.

I received this mattress today. I find it to be very thin and it had no zipper. I read other people's reviews about the zipper so I'm wondering if it's supposed to have one. I'll update in a few weeks.
