I tore my shoulder, and needed some extra support while lifting. This tape is great, and the price point is even better! The adhesive will stick all day if you need, and stays on through intense sweat sessions/workouts. I like that it's pre-cut, which helps when I need to tape up on the fly. I'll be buying a 2nd box in the next week or 2.

I have used a similar item before that is no longer available so I wanted to try this one after looking at many different items and reviews. This one is very strong. I wanted it because it was waterproof which seems to be true For me, this was great And did the job to help support my knee. That being said it is super Duper strong I have more sensitive skin so it did irritate because I left it on for a couple days. So if you have extremely sensitive skin, you might need to remove it and clean the skin. It can be hard to take off just because it is super strong. This would be really good for people who or maybe athletes or more active and needs something that is extremely strong. I will still use what I have. I may not order again because it may be too strong for my sensitive skin. It did cause me some irritation, but I don’t think it is any fault of the product it works as described and did a really great job for supporting where I needed it. It was a good value for the price as well, so I was still recommend it. It did last for quite some time so if you needed to leave it on, it will stay with you. I ordered black and I do like the color as well. It was also easy for me to cut and put different size strips if I needed.

The pre shaped and trimmed pieces are very convenient. These stick very well without irritating my skin, which is highly sensitive. I trialed other tapes and ended up with a red rash for 1-2 weeks. So far the tape has lasted ~3 days without peeling, and then I removed it for an event. This really helps with my posture during the day and during exercises when placed on my scapular and trap areas.

Good but im allergic to adhesive so it itches. Also it’s hard to get off without damaging your skin so use baby oil to help and be very careful.

I find this tape works as well as more expensive, brand name kinesiology tapes for a much better price. The precut strips make application easy. The tape stays in place during activity.

Work well, stay put as long as I don’t wet them too much. They provide the support needed for my knees. Would recommend.

Very allergy, sensitive skin friendly. My only complaint is if you lift it to adjust it at all it doesn’t stick well anymore, so try to adjust it. I will definitely buy more.

I have become an avid user of KT tape over the past 6 months or so ago due to weak and failing joints. Its helped to make my knees and one of my ankles to feel more sturdy and to lend me confidence as I move thru my daily life. I use the stuff A LOT, so much so that 4 rolls only get me thru about a month of use at 3 days a pop. The CKeep works well, but I do want to mention that the tape gets ratty-looking by the time its time to change it (every 3 days). Its summer now, and with unfinished edges, the tape starts to fray & dangle strings. Wearing shorts (its summer now), has made me self-conscious about the tape, which made me knock 2 stars off the experience. While wearing long pants, it probably won't be a big deal. Whatever you use this particular tape or not, KT Tape has helped improve the quality of my life. If you choose to try this route, I hope that you get the same relief that I have.

La calidad ha bajado significativamente, son tan delgadas ahora que puedes ver a través de ellas, parecen hojas de cebolla. Tampoco resisten como antes y se despegan fácilmente. Disminuyeron la calidad, cantidad y subieron el precio. Decepcionante.
