Like the combination of the Magnesium types, exactly what I need. Plus, it is in Chelated form with a bit of Vitamin C so it can be more easily absorbed.

I definitely notice a big difference when I take these at night to help me sleep. I am much more relaxed and fall asleep quickly. I am one of those that will lay in bed and my brain does not shut off. These help!

I really like this product because it has helped a great deal with stopping my nightly leg cramps. It doesn’t hurt my stomach even if I hadn’t eaten a meal. I would like to add that if your vitamin D deficient then taking magnesium with it helps enhance the effectiveness of vitamin D. My last lab work did show positive results with both my magnesium level and vitamin d level.
