I bought this I hope that it would help with night sweats due to menopause. Doctor put me on hormone patches that did nothing. And come on at $60 bucks a month and them not work. So I decided to give this a try. And oh my goodness I have been on them for a few weeks and I can’t say that they have stopped the night sweats but I am not waking up feeling like I just got out of a shower. If that’s all they do than I will recommend to everyone. I was getting up to go to rest room couple of times a night and would have to get a towel and dry off and change clothes. All I can say is try these. And give it a month or so to kick in. Cause they are awesome

Seems to be working was having 20+ hot flashes a day and seems to be down to 4-5 , be consistent in taking / used with the wild yam cream

I didn't get any relief from menopause symptoms by using this product. In fact, it made my hot flashes and night sweats worse. So it's not for me.
