im mum to 2 staffy dogs who can be very agresive chewers my mail is a 15mth old extreemly strong our vet says this every time we see him and a 7mth old femail who has just about got all her adult teeth this ball is brilliant thay love it running chaseing each other for it evan though thay have lots of soft toys and other kong items im not new to owning staffy iv had a total of 3 femails and 4 mails thay can be very destructive if not kept entertaind with toys and walks but kong stuff is awsome not one as damaged eny so far and iv orded a second ball as my mail cjester gets on our bed and hides stumm from our girl staffy shes very small and carnt get up so a second one will be good but i would recormend this ball to eny owners of agresive chewers

This ball has survived an aggressive chewer, but she is barely interested in it.AppearanceThe ball is solid hard rubber and like the other toys in the Kong extreme series it is tough. There is a single large whole that runs through the centre. The hole allows you to stuff in some treats if desired.DurabilityIf you are buying the Kong extreme toys it is probably because, like me, you have an aggressive chewing dog that destroys most toys. The Kong extreme toys are mostly very durable and this ball is no different. We have had it many months and there are visible scratch marks made from chewing but she has never managed to bite off any large chunks that I would worry about. To that extent, it's very durable and fits the bill.EffectivenessThe problem is, for my dog at least, she's just not that interested in it unless there's food in/on it. She will occassionaly chew on it but she doesn't play with it. The ball is quite heavy so it seems hard for her to carry. There is no squeaker or other interactive element to draw her attention either. So, it does not get used much.AlternativesThe Kong extreme series is good and she gets good use out of the equally durable bone. For a ball, she plays a lot more with a round, orange, latex soft ball with a squeaker. For fetch, a Chuckit ball works much better, the Kong ball is too heavy. The Chuckit ball with holes reduces choking hazards and allows the dog to bite down on it, which she really enjoys.ConclusionIt's another durable Kong product, but it just doesn't seem to be that interesting a toy to appeal to all dogs.

Pepsi the staffie destroyer of anything chewable is still chewing this since Christmas so when it came to Sif the Husky it had to be Kong!As neither are my babies sorry no pictures!Dogs are so much better then humans!

Notre petit chien est destructeur mais la balle Extreme Kong est toujours dans sa situation d'origine. Il joue également avec un frisbee de la même marque, son jouet préféré, qui fait aussi preuve d'une très grande solidité.

Super résistante, je recommande cette marque !
