I gave this Milwaukee impact wrench to my husband because he works as a mechanic, and he was thrilled with it from day one. Having used the older 2767 model for years, the new 2967-20 is a noticeable step up. Power: Paired with a 5.0Ah or Forge battery, the 1,600 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque is no joke. It hasn't met a bolt it couldn't turn yet. Ergonomics: It’s nearly an inch shorter than the previous gen. That doesn't sound like much, but in a tight engine bay, it’s the difference between using this or a hand wrench. Control: The 4-mode drive control is great. Mode 4 (Bolt Removal) is a lifesaver—it slows down once the bolt is loose so you don't send the nut flying across the garage. Pros: Compact for its power, amazing lighting, battery isolation prevents terminal vibration. Cons: It's heavy for overhead work; price is high but you get what you pay for. thank you to the seller I received it 3 days earlier than expected. However you should contact Amazon about their tracking it's horrible. I see it's their issue not yours.

Unbelievable torque for the size of tool.

This was my first Milwaukee power tool. I've been wanting to make the switch for a few years, and when I seen this set on sale lower than other retailers, I decided to go for it. I was concerned about getting a returned/used/unauthentic tool, but did not experience this. This full setup was exactly what I needed for general car repair/maintenance. It is VERY heavy, and made very well. The battery is also very good quality, and doesn't drain as quickly as other brands. The torque is crazy, compared to other brands I have owned. The charger included in this set has a M18 and M12 slot. Milwaukee is genius for this. Because of this, I also purchased a M12 stubby, only because I already had a compatible charger. So glad I made the switch, and plan to invest in more Milwaukee. If you need something that can handle just about anything, this M18 High Torque Impact Wrench is it!

Keep one in my Raptor if I get a flat,,, so got another for my work truck for the same thing. Love it's 3 settings for power! I use setting #2 first, then torque wheels later. Never have it not remove any lug nut so far. My son worked for company who used lots of dirt work equipment, and their mechanics all used this product. Good enough for me!
