I decided that taking my aftermarket bench top router table apart was too much of a PIA. OEM part. Fits perfect. THNX Amazon. Much easier than the 25+ mile drive to the local parts distributor. With Prime this has better value than $$ for shipping.

bought as a third base fir my trim router. makes it easier to move my router from table to other uses.

Fit right on works perfect

So I have my original base attached to a router table, and rather than taking it off and reattaching the plate every time I wanted to be able to maneuver the router freely, I opted to get a second base so that I can easily swap it out for use, and leave the other attached to the router table. This base makes that easy, and while I wish it was a bit cheaper, I am glad I bought it.

I got this to have a second one. The first base has a custom plate to fit into a router table. Instead of switch the face plates when I need to free hand something or use a circle jig, I decided a second base would be helpful. This fits the same as the first one and holds fast with the simple lever clamp.

It replaced Ryobi mini router broken plastic base .

Le support d'origine ne maintenait pas bien l'affleureuse. Celle-ci a pris du jeu en très peu de temps. Je l'ai donc remplacé par le support Makita, c'est parfait.

Excellent Quality. Worked well with the Router Table Insert Plate I purchased for my Router. Highly recommend this base for attaching to a Base Plate for ease of transferring the palm router when using it free hand.

From afar this looks like the throwaway base you get with Chinese makita-copy routers but it is not, dimensions are the same but quality of casting as well as the fit and finish is a lot better. They really should include the small plastic dust suction thingie.
