Withings ScanWatch Nova Brilliant, Hybrid Smartwatch, ECG, Gold

Beautiful watch that tracks running, walking and other activities perfectly. Comes with an additional sports strap which is super easy to switch. Very happy with my purchase.

The Watch itself is great. Although the strap mechanism is rubbish. I had it less than 3 months and it’s broken. It keeps coming undone.

Pretty, but useless. Been trying to like Withings watches since 2019. I bought the HR steel and it couldn’t read my heart rate, which means all the other features requiring blood readings didn’t work. I bought the Scanwatch in 2022 and same. Just got this ‘Brilliant’ watch hoping things would be better, but no, still doesn’t read my heart rate. Tried the one finger gap above wrist, tried below, tried different bands, just doesn’t work. Note: I’m very dark skinned, and just found out that can affect readings, explains why my partner (white) gets readings easily. I have given her all my Withings watches, but this time I requested a refund. It’s just not acceptable that at this price we face such low quality and performance. Cheaper watches have had no issues. On top of that, when you request a refund they make you pay for it. They don’t organise collection or anything of that sort. Guess I’ll just stick with the Apple Watch.

Awesome. Just what I was looking for to replace my tracker. A smartwatch with the most relevant (not super athlete) health and activity tracking. Something I can wear for daily and formal occasions. In a suit or jeans. Elegant, classy and subtle. Not too bling bling.

I upgraded from the scanwatch light. I thought this might look to big on my 5 1/2 wrists but it doesn’t. I was able to take out 6 links and it was very easy. It’s beautiful and very comfortable. So far everything is working great. The only thing I wish is that they used a stronger blue tooth connection so the phone notifications come in if I’m anywhere in my house. It’s 2000 square feet so it shouldn’t be a problem my Apple Watch works even if I’m outside. Are you listening Withings?

I bought this watch after a lot of research for two reasons, one is the 30-day battery backup which no other company offers and the other is the medical grade ECG facilities. But after using it for 10 days, I returned this watch. Because, the battery lasted for 8-9 days, secondly, there was a flaw in sleep detection, I used to get up at night to go to the washroom while it was showing uninterrupted sleep. I had an ECG because I have 3 stents, but this smart watch ECG is not made for this purpose. The worst thing is that since I connected this watch to the app, Scanwatch 2 was showing everywhere, when I bought the Nova Brilliant Edition, there is a difference in price between the two of them of 30000 and 49999. So, it's natural to pay more money and if the software inside is cheap, why trust it? Pros: Temperature observation is great, 24*7 accurate information. Battery is still good against others. Heart rate monitor and Spo2 monitoring is also very good. BP monitoring is missing.
