Heavy Duty Construction - No Problems Assembling,
Packed very, very well, so there was no shipping damage. Downside, lots of cardboard and packing materials to cut down for recycle and disposal. Heavy duty and looks good when assembled. Webber is pricey, but you get what you pay for in product quality and heavy-duty construction.

Excellent grill
I have owned my Spirit E-425 for a year now and could no be happier. After going through two name brand "stainless" grills over the last 10 or so years I decided to try Weber. My brother has had his Genesis for 20 years and I believe has only had to replace the "flavorizer" bars in that time. The problem with my previous grills has been that the lower half of the fire box rots away from the heat. Mounting tabs for the burners and heat deflectors rust and cannot be repaired. I believe the thick cast aluminum tub will prove to be much more durable. The grill is quite good looking but more importantly the performance is excellent. This grill heats quickly and evenly and the two sear zones work extremely well.I am looking to cooking on this grill for many years to come.

Weber has had a manufacturing defect on this for 1yr, still sells it, and won't fix it.
DO NOT BUY FROM WEBER. I bought this grill two weeks ago and paid for assembly.Weber sent me a broken grill with a faulty manifold and weeks later they continue to ghost me and have not fixed it. Weber has had this manufacturing issue for over a year and support is impossible to reach.Backstory:When I went to use grill after the paid for assembly, I found that it would not ignite or stay lit. I searched the problem on the internet and a reddit post from nine months ago popped up with the exact same issue, saying it was a broken manifold. I was surprised to see that the issue was also on the E-425 despite me having searched for a generic weber grill. So weber has had this manufacturing issue for almost a year on the E-425 and still continues to ship the knowingly defective product. I called support, which directed me to an offshore call center and took an hour. At first they wanted me to fix it myself - the business plan is to mail knowingly defective products and ask customers to fix them. Then they said they'd send someone to come out and fix it with a new part. That was 13 days ago. No one has reached out. One week after initial call, I called again, they said they were within their time frame. A few days ago I received an email from Weber saying they hadn't heard from me, so my ticket was going to be marked as resolved. I checked my spam folders and my texts, nothing received. So I call the call center, who 1) could not explain that email and 2) told me that actually they give themselves up to 10 business days to respond. I asked to speak to supervisor and was told there wasn't one available, and if I want to get a refund, they told me that I have to bring a fully assembled 103lb grill back to Amazon and break it down.TLDR: Weber sells broken products, won't fix them or take them back. Avoid.

Nice size if you don't want a monster cooker
A gift for my daughter and her husband. They use and love it.

Good performance, but quality has slipped compared to older models.
This grille replaced a weber that was 15 years old and finally rusted to the point where it needed replacement. I hope this new one lasts as long. Set aside a couple of hours to assemble it, take your time, and you should be OK.Igniters on this new grille are not electric, and each knob needs to be ignited separately, kinfd of a pain compared to the old one which had one battery power igniter. The grille heats up fast and seems to sip propane, so that's very good. No adjustment of the burners was needed, it was great right out of the box.My biggest complaint is that the top is a multi piece metal design, which flexes and catches on the base of the grille when you try to open it. The only way to stop this is if you grab the handle exactly in the middle. Kind of a PITA.Overall, a good piece. Let's see if it lasts as long as the old one.

Looking forward to next 10 yrs BBQing after upgrading from my last Webber
I have a vacation rental home up in the Cascade Mountains, and we grill year-round (rain or shine, as long as it's not pouring sideways). I picked up this Weber Spirit E-425 Liquid Propane Gas Grill to replace an older 3-burner model that was starting to show its age. After several weeks of regular useโsteaks, burgers, veggies, salmon, even breakfast on the weekendโI'm genuinely impressed.Assembly took me about an hour and a half working alone on a Saturday morning. The instructions were clear, parts were well-labeled, and everything fit together solidlyโno missing hardware or frustrating alignments. The black powder-coated finish looks clean and should hold up well against our misty winters. Total cooking area is 533 sq in (428 primary + 105 warming rack), which is plenty for feeding family and friends without feeling cramped. The four burners (35,000 BTU) fire up instantly with the Snap-Jet ignitionโjust press and turn, one-handed. What really stands out are the two Boost Burners with the red knobs. They deliver about 40% more power in the Sear Zone, and it shows. I can get perfect crosshatch marks on a ribeye in minutes without overcooking the inside. Even heat distribution across the porcelain-enameled cast-iron grates is excellentโno hot spots or cold corners, which was a common complaint on my old grill.Cleanup is straightforward too: the grease management system slides out easily, and the cast-iron grates clean up nicely after a quick brush while still warm. This Weber Spirit E-425 feels like a thoughtful evolution of the Spirit lineโreliable, powerful where it counts, and built to last another decade-plus. As a practical homeowner who values performance over gimmicks, I recommend it highly. It has elevated our outdoor cooking without complicating it. If you're replacing an older gas grill or stepping up from a basic model, this one delivers.

Great weber grill
Itโs a great Weber gas grill at a reasonable price. Assembly was straightforward and took about an hour. Sturdy build quality. So far itโs performed without issues and heats up quickly.

Gets hot and good searing station
I recently purchased the Weber Spirit 4-Burner Grill E-425, and I have been extremely impressed with its quality and performance. From the moment I assembled it, it was clear that Weber used high-quality materials and paid attention to the details. The grill feels solid, sturdy, and well-built, with heavy-duty components that give confidence it will last for many years. The assembly process was straightforward, and the finished product looks fantastic on the patio.Performance has been excellent. The E-425 heats up quickly and reaches very high temperatures, making it easy to get a great sear on steaks, burgers, and other foods. Heat distribution is even across the cooking surface, which helps ensure consistent results every time. The four burners provide plenty of cooking space and flexibility when preparing multiple items at once. Overall, this grill combines premium construction, powerful heating performance, and ease of use, making it one of the best outdoor cooking investments Iโve made.

Donโt fight with your wife during assembly.Itโs a bit of a beast to assemble by yourself
Beautiful to use!Real control over all four burners allowing seperate cooking zones .Definitely the best bbq I have ever used.

Great barbecue!
Great barbecue. Solidly built. Easy to assemble.

Small assembly issue. Read the review.
Nice BBQ except the hose for the LPG tank is impossible to orient properly to fasten it to the side of the tank compartment with the provided fastener. I had to resort to two plastic zip cords. This is a well documented problem with this BBQ on reddit.
