This stuff is amazing! I make my own fish food and I mix it right in. If you have a snail problem get some clown loaches. It's their favorite treat.

I just put 15 Drops in my 16 gallon and it looks like a snowglobe now. Why is that and should I return it?

No idea but it does take it awhile to dissolve from what I have experienced. Could have something to do with other things you may have in your aquarium already or even the total ph of your water. I would contact the manufacturer and also check the experation date and temperature of your water and the drops at the time they were put in. Best of luck!

Will this product have any negative effects with live plants?

I am sorry, I do not know. I would suggest searching the internet for this product and see if there is a site or anyone would know.

Can this be used and benefit a betta? Does it expire ? Does it go bad if left unrefrigerated for a day? Does it harm plants?

Hi. I just used this in my new Betta fish today. I used it in the past. I just added two drops into a 22 oz. bottle of aquarium water and poured it into the tank. I think I read where it really helps Betta fish a lot with what it says it does. I read somewhere where it is good for six months if not refrigerated and probably good for 9 months if refrigerated. Sorry I don't remember where I read this but it was just a couple days ago.
