Is this a male or female tree? I want it to sprout seeds

Female trees have been banned for import for decades. Only male trees are imported. The female trees lining Philadelphia streets are the largest congregation of female trees in the US, bloom and create nuts each year.

How tall is the tree advertised?

Mine arrived lat summer about 10 inches tall with no branching yet. It is a graft with a second year of growth. The variation was gone due to the lateness of the season. Will see this spring if it is as pronounced as in the photo.
