These gummy vitamins taste really good and are easy to take every day. The texture is soft, and they don’t have a strong vitamin aftertaste. I love that they include omega-3 and important nutrients in one gummy. Great quality and a convenient way to support daily health and energy.

The gummies have a very strong orange flavor, but my girls can chew them without any problems.

I’ve been buying SmartyPants vitamins for my family for well over a decade, so when it was time to choose a multivitamin for my teenage daughter, this was the first brand I considered. One of the reasons I’ve stayed with SmartyPants for so many years is that I appreciate the quality of their ingredients and the forms of the vitamins and minerals they use. We’ve had a great experience with their kids’ multivitamins, so I expected these would be just as well received. Overall, I think this is a very high-quality supplement, and I feel the price matches the quality. The gummies were soft, easy to chew, and a nice size. There wasn’t a strong smell or an unpleasant vitamin aftertaste. They didn’t upset my daughter’s stomach and could be taken with or without food. The bottle arrived well sealed, and I was especially happy that the gummies weren’t stuck together. I’ve had that happen with other gummy vitamins shipped during warm weather, but these arrived in excellent condition. The only reason I couldn’t give these five stars was the flavor. My daughter normally loves gummy vitamins, but this particular taste just wasn’t for her. It wasn’t a terrible flavor, but it was enough that she only tried a couple before deciding she would rather swallow capsules instead. I actually think some of my other kids probably wouldn’t have minded the taste at all, but it simply wasn’t the right fit for her. Even though we ultimately switched to a different multivitamin because of the flavor, I would still recommend these to anyone looking for a high-quality teen vitamin. If the taste works for your teen, I think this is an excellent product.
