High Quality Grill
The grill is very effective for cooking all types of food. The super blast burners help grill steak really well. I assembled the grill myself, which took 2 hours to do. The directions were not too difficult to follow.

Parts bent in shipping
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The item arrived, but three of the parts were damaged (bent) in shipping - a door, a side piece, and a base piece. The bending presented assembly. It is important to note that Weber (the company) was fantastic. We called customer service, successfully was able to connect to a real person fairly quickly, and the company representative was extremely helpful. He arranged to have replacement parts sent once he saw images of the bent parts. They arrived within a week (no further charges or hassles). We completed assembly of the grill and have used it several times. So far, it is working very well.

Complex to assemble
Despite good instructions it's extremely complex to put together. However once it's assembled, it works wonderfully

Weber Grill is the Bomb
I have put together many items over the years and I am pretty handy at it. This grill is amazingly well packaged and the instructions are easy to follow. First off the box protects the grill and each piece inside of the box is also well protected. Weber must have spent a lot of time and thought into packaging and they succeeded. The grill itself is well made and of high quality. Since the nuts are permanently attached to the pieces you only need to set and tighten the screws. No two-handed operation holding the nut with one hand while the other has the screwdriver. It took me about 90 minutes to assemble, and I had no missteps along the way. Going to grill some nice New York cut steaks tonight!
