Great Product
I have owned this machine for Years and use it just about everyday. I checked on their web site for a new one a couple days ago, it was $400 + $60 US Tariff So $460.

2 year review
I’ve owned my Sota Ozonator for over 2 years now and I love it! The silicone tube has yellowed a bit due to ozone exposure I’m sure, but it still cranks out great water. Since venting out the ozone gases is so important, while in use, I prefer to place the water glass under the stove top vent fan which is under my microwave. Since ozone gasses like to drift downward, I found placing the water glass in a taller pot under the vent fan allows the pot to capture the overflowing gases which then allows the fan time to vent the ozone gases up and out. You should make sure your stove fan actually vents to the outside of your house before using the vent method. Otherwise, just use the open window method. One small issue that came up. I unplug the power cord from the back of the device after each use and had a connection issue come up. It now loses power if I push the power cord too far into the device. I’m sure it’s some little tension spring that just needs to be adjusted, but I don’t want to deal with it yet, so I just push the power cord in about 90% of the way which keeps the connection tight. Since I’m only using the device for five minutes each time, it’s not a big deal.

Excellent, convenient, durable water ozonator
I've owned this SOTA model for decades. It still works well and I still use it for every drop of water I drink. All it takes is 5 minutes of ozone treatment per gallon to not only kill all pathogens, but energize the water and sparkle up its taste as well (there are also 10 minute and higher time settings on the unit) . I am a bit of a purist. I first steam distill a gallon of tap water using the top-of-the-line H2O Labs steam distiller (shown below); and then I use the SOTA ozonator as a final measure of purification. As I mention in my review of the H2O Labs steam distiller, if you saw and smelled the crud that's left over at the bottom of the distillation chamber after one cycle, you'd never go back to drinking tap water again. One often hears about the contamination of a municipal water supply, as in Flint, Michigan (2014); or just yesterday (June 21, 2019), the dangerous E Coli outbreak in the entire water supply of Long Beach, Long Island. If any of the residents of these cities had an ozonator or water distiller on hand, the contamination threat would be completely eliminated. In any event, it's best to take full control of water purification matters with these devices. And it's gratifying to know that the water so treated is cleansed of all contaminants and pathogens. https://www.amazon.com/Stainless-Distiller-Porcelain-Effective-Removal/dp/B010GLSB6C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?hvadid=77790493893862&hvbmt=bp&hvdev=c&hvqmt=p&keywords=h2o+labs+water+distiller&qid=1561193011&s=gateway&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1

Great Customer Service
I bought this on Ebay a few years ago and recently it stopped working. When I contacted SOTA they offered to cover it under warrantee even though it's been a little over two years since I got it. They also sent me detailed instructions on how to check to see exactly what was wrong with it, and in the process I was able to fix it myself ^_^ An excellent experience! HIghly recommend SOTA water ozonator as well as the company.
