As I am writing this review, I am sitting comfortably at my laptop in my new chair enjoying a heated massage. I am very pleased with my new chair! It arrived days before it said it would arrive. Packaging and content was in excellent condition upon arrival. It was so easy to assemble. Once it was put together and I sat in it for the first time I was so very impressed with its stability and comfort, and when I decided to get really comfortable I extended my leg rest and use the reclining ability, I could have easily taken a nap. except I was at work and could not do that. My Co-Pastor is now planning on getting one for his office as well! And with the quality and amazing price he definitely should do so!

This chair is a nice upgrade if you sit for long periods. The cushioning is comfortable, and the high back gives decent support without feeling stiff. The footrest is a good addition—it’s not something you think you need until you actually use it. The massage and heat features are a nice bonus. They’re not super intense, but they’re enough to take the edge off during long sessions. More of a comfort feature than anything medical, but still useful. Assembly took a bit of time, but nothing too complicated. Once it’s put together, it feels stable and holds up well. Overall, it’s a solid chair if you want something comfortable with a few extra features without spending a ton.

I have back issues and this chair has been a lifesaver as my father’s on hospice and I have to sit next to his hospital bed a lot. I got this chair for the portability to use it as a desk chair, at my computer and next to my dad’s hospital bed. The only issue I’ve had is because I need to move it so much from room to room, The plug comes loose often only because it’s moved around so much. It works beautifully, comfy, heat & vibration is very nice, high-quality, very comfortable. I’m a 5’9”148 pounds female. I’m not kidding when I say this chair has been a real lifesaver. My Husband put it together pretty quickly. I wish I had time to take better photos, but my plate is full. I was originally going with a pink chair that didn’t have the quality that did and it was anthat didn’t have the quality that did and it was a little more pricey. Thankfully, I saw this one and it truly is the best price and perfect.

Just got it in and set up and it lives up to the expectations. I ordered the cream color and material is good quality and soft. It was easy to set up, 30-45 minutes, the instructions are good. The massage feature is more of a vibration than other massage chairs that have rollers that move. I do like the massage feature. The footrest is a must have. The chair as a whole is very sturdy and it rolls smoothly. It does fit through normal doorways. The recline is smooth and the range is great. Definitely a great value for your money.

I bought two of these chairs. They were easy to assemble and the massage worked well. But after just one month I saw that they just started getting loose where the bolts fasten the arms and back onto the seat. I tried to tighten the bolts, but found that the bolts are all tight. It is the threaded female part inside the seat that has broken loose and I cannot repair that. Both chairs lasted less than 3 months of use and are becoming unsafe to sit in.

Okay, originally my review was when I was a bit angry. I ended up getting the heat cushions working again. The adapter is really funny when you disconnect the chair. So I'm clearly going to have to extend the wires from the adapter to the chair, since yeah, it's kinda an issue. But my previous chair was a Kcream, and I loved it, it was comfortable as hell, and still comfortable until the piston welds broke, and it wouldn't stay up, and rocked all over the place. But this chair, isn't quite as comfortable, it's very firm and I don't like it to be as firm as it is. It's got some give, but not a whole heck of a lot. But a more serious issue, this thing also rattles like crazy. I know I have the bolts torqued down nice and tight, cause I almost started to strip them bottoming them out. I originally had this set as 2 stars, cause I was pissed about pretty much everything failing on it. But I'll bump it up a little bit. It's still not great, I don't think it's $200 great, it's rattly, firm as heck, and I don't know, it's just not exactly my thing. Granted, I guess I'm not factoring in the massage function. I tried it, I didn't like it all that much, but I'm not going to fault the chair for it which is why i just didn't factor it in. But I guess maybe I'm biasing the price by not factoring it in. I don't really know. I feel bad for being hard on it, but this is just my opinion.

Have had this chair about a week and its great so far. I caught it at $129 and it exceeded my expectations. Im 5ft and the foot stool works perfect for me. I noticed when I get out the chair I dont have the neck and shoulder pain ive been having. Great for wfh. Was able to assemble In less than 30m. The vibrations are nice. This isn't a massage chair but a nice comfy chair with a bonus heat and vibration feature.

Overall good chair. I've had it for about a week and it is a vast improvement over my last chair. My old chair had a similar appearance and features, and cost about the same, but was clearly made from much cheaper materials and wasn't nearly as comfortable to sit on. This one has a nice thick cushion on both the seats and the arms. The heat and vibration are nice. I wish the seat also heated up, but I knew it didn't when I purchased it. I also wish you could adjust the arm rests, but so far the height seems fine (if a tiny bit higher than I'd like it to be). I do think the proportions of the chair are a little weird. I'm on the shorter side. My feet don't touch the floor even when I lower the chair as much as I can, the armrests and lower back bump are a little bit higher than I'd like them to be, but the pillow for the head rest is so low it hits my upper back several inches below my shoulders. It doesn't seem to me like these proportions would be right for anyone. Overall, I'm happy with it. If anything changes after a few months of sitting on it, I'll update my review.
